    Robert Davis MD
Dr. Davis was very informative and thoroughly explained (in layman's terms) the injuries, recovery time, and what to expect. Shoulder injury is one of his specialties. We liked that he also ruled out surgery since, in his opinion, it would neither help his injuries heal faster nor better. We appreciated that honesty coming from a surgeon! On a follow up appointment, we were even shown where we could pick up a copy of the images from the MRI (they were quite impressive).

They were excellent. I love the set-up, they are on time and the physical therapists are friendly. The doctor is great and I love him. I have no problems with them at all and I'm very happy with the service. I was referred to the doctor to look at my shoulder and he recommended reverse shoulder replacement because I had trouble with it for a long time. He did it and it worked out beautifully. He knows what he was doing, he explained everything to me, showed me the x-rays and he answered all my questions appropriately. The people would greet you and take you in there. They are all wonderful and I have no complaint at all about the whole place. I got my daughter go in there too. When you go in there it's a huge reception area and waiting room. They must have at least 6 or 8 girls at the computers to greet people, check them in and then they notify the doctor's office you're there. Someone comes out and take you into the office, talks to you before the doctor comes in and gets everything ready for him and then he comes in. It's a nice system and they are all very nice. Nobody's ever stand in there very long because it's a very busy place. If you are there and a girl comes free, there's no standing around and waiting, they answer all your questions and it's really a nice atmosphere. It's a savvy department and office. I know other people who go there loves it. Availability is great because what they do especially on the physical therapy department, they would schedule you for your appointments ahead like 2 weeks. When you're closed to using them up they'll let you know if you need to go again and if you do they'll get a referral for you, you don't have to do that yourself. The doctor's office is very nice, they take you down into a small office, very private and he spends much time with you as you need. The office is nicely decorated, clean and friendly. If you have an 11:00 appointment, most of the time he takes you in early. Physical therapy is pretty much on time because they book so long for each person. I won't have to wait very long and I'm happy with that. Every time I go in I pay my co-pay.

    Tierney, Dr. John J.
He did an excellent job on both my knee and shoulder, and he recommended me to a surgeon for my total hip replacement. In 2006, he did knee meniscus tear surgery and then two years later, he did the rotator cuff surgery. He does not do hips anymore, so he sent me to the best surgeon at Baptist which is top ten in the nation. He does an excellent job and makes me comfortable. He is a no-nonsense guy and gets right to the point. He has a good bedside manner. If I have a problem, I go to him. He treated my daughter in times she hurt herself and he took care of her. The office environment is great. He is very helpful. He is straightforward. He is different, but he is still good as far as bedside manner. If I got an appointment, I get to see him quick. He has a great personal staff. I would definitely use him again in the future.

    DeAngelis, Dr. Joseph P.
I heard about this doctor as being someone who does not rush to surgery so that was a plus right from the start. When I went into the appointment, he was very nice and asked both my wife and I where we grew up and where we went to school. He told us where he grew up and that he lived close to where I went to college. Most doctors don't bother to care about the actual human being at all, they only see your injury. I appreciated how human he was compared to other doctors who act more like robots. He asked me all about my injury and the car accident that caused it. He moved my arm around in several different ways, asking what hurt and didn't hurt along the way. He was very thorough and said good job a lot along the way which was comforting to me and my wife. He was very personable and very clear, didn't use any terms we didn't understand. In the end, he determined that I did not need surgery, just that I needed to rest and use ice to let everything heal. He explained how injuries like this happened and showed us all the xrays and showed that they look great and also explained how the shoulder joint works so we could understand the injury. He again used lammens terms which again was comforting. All and all, both my wife and I really appreciated his work and hope to only need to see him again to tell me again that I do not need surgery. When we were leaving the appointment, he even handed us our coats from the coat closet!! Very good guy.

He examined my shoulder. I had fallen on it 2 weeks prior, and it had really hurt! I had been afraid that I broke something, but previous x-rays already showed I hadn't. Eric reviewed with me exactly what had happened - a separation, and what I should and shouldn't do to take care of it. He also explained how I could expect for it to heal.

    Robert Davis MD
Needless to say, having had a previous knee replacement I was quite anxious when I began to have pain. I have moved since my previous surgery, so I was seeing Dr. Davis for the first time. I found him to be very personable and extremely thorough, and was delighted to find that my pain was not from a problem with my knee replacement, as I had feared. I will definitely use him in the future.

    Grannatt, Dr. Kathryn S.
Punctual and friendly. Dr. Grannatt provided plenty of information and took a conservative approach to my issue. She took the time to explain the situation potential remedies and answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or that I was not getting a clear answer. I recommend.
