    We called Integrity Overhead Doors based on another Angie's List review. Jamie made an appointment to meet with us the next morning. He arrived promptly, assessed the problem and immediately set about to correct the problem of broken springs, lift and safety cables and replace the worn pulley. I pointed out a loose seal and he asked if I wanted it replaced. Yes, of course! An hour later, our garage door was working perfectly -- better than it had when we moved in 4 months ago. We were very impressed with Jamie's work, professionalism and attention to detail. We would hire him again and recommend him. When we replace the garage doors, he will be the first call.

    From my initial call to Jamie right through to the end of the service call everything was easy, efficient, assuring, pleasant and professional. He provided a thorough explanation over the phone of the work he would do, the estimated cost and the time to do it. He was flexible with scheduling, punctual with his arrival and he and his assistant performed the work very efficiently. He replaced the springs, some pins and readjusted the track and installed an automatic door opener. He provided good instruction on the workings of the opener. He did not try to sell me more than I needed. The door works beautifully now. I recommend Jamie and Integrity Overhead Doors highly.

    Scott showed up right on time. He was very courteous and professional and clearly knows his stuff. He immediately got to telling me about the parts of my garage and the quality / life expectancy of the various parts that I had. One of the doors was in much worse shape than the other, so Scott recommended a series of fixes for it. Once he was done with the fixes he showed me everything he did and the result was a smooth running door again. I recommend Scott and Lynoka Garage Door Service.

    A spring on our garage door snapped, and the door fell, damaging a pulley and roller in the process. This happened late on a Friday; two other providers weren't available by phone but Ronen answered right away & scheduled me for his next open appointment (Sunday). He came on time; assessed the door and thoroughly explained the fixes he was making; and was done in less than an hour. He has an online purchase & billing system where he shows you the costs of all components & labor as he works up your invoice on his phone, so it's all transparent.
    Ronen is a very pleasant guy who clearly knows what he's doing. We'd definitely recommend him.

    Joe Moses inspected my garage door, hardware and motor. He told me the motor is at least 30 years old. He is right because the motor  still has "Sears/Roebuck" name on it. I bought the house 10 years ago and I believed the garage door was installed when the house was built in 1978. He also showed me how to do maintenance, oils to use and what part of the door must be lubricated often.

    He also told me that the garage door, despite of the age, is functioning well and if there is one part that I can replace would be the motor.

    He was professional and he arrived on time!

    my only concern is that there was a very obvious gap in the surround on the new door.
    i could see it from the driveway.
    i called scott the same day?he came out and put in another nail.
    ----it seems to me that there should be a 'foreperson' who comes and reviews the work prior to completion.  sometimes, one doesn't realize that something needs correcting until much later.
     that seems to be the deal with so many of these groups: you speak with someone - who has nothing to do with the work being preformed.    that is a big negative.

    Serviced and installed quieting kits on.both garage doors. This only took 1.5 hours for both. Scott was super friendly and explained everything well. He also applied partial credit for some of my purchase to another part because the service call fee was included in both packages that I purchased.

    This was the end of a long "Big Deal" saga that began with a service provider in another state (due to an offer email that was likely intended for another recipient), and ended with a more expensive version of the same deal in Massachusetts.  Angie's List helped process the transfer, though if I could have gotten a refund instead that would have been the preferred path (I likely wouldn't have bought the MA deal at that price).
    Once the deal got converted, it took a month to get any kind of response from the service provider.  We had a h*** of a winter here and apparently he got pulled off to work ice dam removal in the area.  I finally got a voicemail from his "receptionist" but was unable to connect back when calling the provided number.  I also never got any email response to repeated requests.  After another week and a half, I finally got in touch with him and he came out the next day.  He was very friendly and helpful and explained the situation - apparently he was servicing the deal for a buddy with whom he no longer works, and was not even aware of what was promised on the deal.  He did not realize roller replacement was included, for example.
    Regardless, he took a look at the door and explained that it did not need new rollers nor much in the way of service, and he showed me how to tell when that would be required.  He then lubed everything and told me to get a refund.  Great guy, very knowledgable, needs to work on the administration piece.
