AWFUL......The vet that they have on staff, as of 9/2017 is awful. Its like she is over compensating and trying to prove herself. She wrongfully diagnosed our boxer, we spent about 2k here only to be told that they couldn't do anything about my dogs situation. They then sent us over to angel animal hospital in Boston, turns out she ate a foreign object which was lodged in her intestine causing all sorts of issues. Randolph animal Hospital ran x-rays and couldn't even see that there was something lodged in there. We ended up paying close to 5k for the surgery to remove the lodged item. The old vet at Randolph that was on staff was awesome but these guys have gone down hill. I will make the ride to Boston for quality care.

Michele has taken care of our cat for several years and we highly recommend her.  She is genuinely concerned about the welfare of our dear kitty, who is 17 1/2 years old.  She is very knowledgeable about cat health, always keeping an eye on the food bowl and litter box for any signs of illness or stress.  Our cat is very shy but he has become friendly with her; she has a naturally good way with him and knows how to approach and give attention to him.  She really makes an effort to comfort him, talk to him, and care for him.  Michele is kind, responsible, and a true professional.  The best cat sitter ever!

I frankly do not know what I would have done all these years without Michele. She has been a second mom to my cats. She has been my piece of mind every time I went on vacation, or had to leave town because of an unplanned emergency. Having indoor/outdoor cats adds a layer of stress everytime I am not home. But she has successfuly rounded them up and took care of them all. She treats my babies like they are her own, and even mourned when they passed on. Have an emergency? She will be there with short notice. She goes the extra mile for the cats and the house.

The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have always answered any questions we have. We arrived, and were the only people there. We waited a few minutes and were then brought into the cat exam room. The vet tech was very nice and friendly. She asked a bunch of questions while we waited for Dr. Diebold, the veterinarian. My only complaint about this place is the amount of time we wait for the doctor. Its never busy, but we always wait for her. She is nice, but quirky. Once you get past that, you'll be fine.

They were excellent, very compassionate and knowledgeable. They were also good with exotic animals like birds. They were really good and smart. The price was very reasonable. You can actually buy a dog for $100. Their service was definitely incredible.

I wanted to meet with her before I hired her. She never showed up to the appointment we set up before the pet sitting job. She called a few days later and said she had been in the emergency room. We set up another appointment because she seemed very nice. She did not show up for this appointment again and she never called with a reason about why. She does not seem very reliable.

They are very professional and very caring for the animals. They know a lot about different diseases and things that can go wrong with an animal. I feel that they are very fair and straightforward and they have all the equipment there. If you need an ultrasound or an x-ray for example, they have it.

Dr Harrington at Randolph Animal Hospital is the best ferret vet in Greater Boston. My ferrets have seen her since 2010.  In July, one of my ferrets was seriously ill with an unknown digestive problem.  Dr Harrington squeezed me in to her full day, ran the tests to try and figure out what was going on, and did some supportive care including administering subcutaneous fluids.
Ferrets can be extremely complex to diagnose, and we never did find out what the cause of this illness was.  The one flaw with Randolph Animal Hospital is that they don't do overnight care, but I understand why, as a small practice, it's not practical.  Dr Harrington recommended at the end of the day that  I take him to the nearby 24-hour veterinary hospital as he needed overnight care.  She and her staff were very helpful in providing information and alternatives, as well as support because having such an ill animal is very stressful.

Called Compassionate Care late in the afternoon and had an appointment 2 hours later. The intake was professional, quick, and thorough. Dr. Diebold gave us a full tour of the facility. The doctor recommended which vaccinations to update and which ones we should get based on our dog's activities. She was super helpful when it came to possible side effects of the vaccines and told us what to do in case of reaction. The office staff is very helpful and extremely friendly! We will be bringing our cats here soon!

My wife and I are very pleased with the service at Scoobies We Do. Every time we bring our dog, they are super happy to see her. They make us feel at ease when we leave her with them. This was the second time we boarded with Scoobies, and have been bringing her for grooming for two years.

    I couldn't recommend them more.
