Because I had one of the first appointments of the day, we were seen by a nurse within 5 minutes of our appointment time. She was warm friendly, and organized. Once she collected the details of my son's symptoms, including taking his temperature, Dr. Christian came into the examination room.
Dr. Christian has been my son's primary physician for his well-visits. Upon entering the room he had a smile for my son and asked me about his symptoms. His interactions with my son were animated and friendly. He visual inspected his rash, felt the bumps on his skin and looked in his ears and throat. He asked a couple more questions to confirm his diagnosis: Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD). While there is no treatment for HFMD, other than plenty of rest and fluids, he did prescribe an antibiotic ointment for the breaking blisters on my son's face. Dr. Christian wanted to ensure that blisters did not get infected. I appreciated his explanation of what causes this, how it is transmitted, what symptoms accompany HFMD and how long they can last before someone feels better.

We've been going to Milton Pediatrics since my children were born. We've never had a bad experience. Our primary doctor isn't always available for non-scheduled visits, but we've seen almost every doctor there at this point and every single one of them is compassionate, listens to our needs, and is excellent with the children. My main complaint would be that you need to call in to an answering machine and wait for a call back. During very busy times, this can sometimes take over an hour. However, we've never had a problem being seen.

Visit went well. the nurse was friendly and gentle with my son as she weighed and measured him. I told her i had lost my son's medical record book, to which she promptly offered me a new one which she back-filled with his birth weight and previous vaccine, within 10 minutes the doctor came in to exam my son, which was exactly the time of my appointment. He was also gentle with my son and answered all my questions. In addition, he gave me a packet of information on what to expect with my son, a one month old. I love the proactive education as a first time parent.

We use the pediatric for my grandson, it's on Pearl Street in Brockton and it is Village Pediatrics. They are very good. It's always excellent there, the quality and their care.
