Dolan did work for us a few years ago He is deceptive all the way Very expensive and he hires young laborers to do the job Bad reviews about him keep disappearing - + the positive ones are very questionable Be very careful with this guy!

The entire experience was a pleasure from planning to execution. SSDB was very accommodating with us due to the holiday season falling in our planned work days. Once work started the gentlemen were prompt and professional . They were happy to answer any of our questions and they were great with our little dog too :) . The bathroom looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with South Shore Dream Bath for our bathroom remodel.

I would most certainly recommend SSDB to anyone! From the beginning, Steve was helpful in assessing our needs, presenting all the options, finalizing design, and scheduling the install. Rich took the lead on the install and coordinated perfectly with the plumber. He also went above and beyond, post-installation, in finding some modified plumbing fixtures, based on a last minute request from us. The installation was definitely faster than a traditional, tiled custom shower would have been and was a lot less expensive. We love the look and, the entire shower is a breeze to clean. If you can, we recommend the rain shower head combo with the handheld - so many options! We have kids and it's very convenient to be able to just put them in the enclosure and hose them down, ha!

Kent was prompt and professional. After searching around for quite some time trying to find a reliable contractor to remove a load bearing wall between my kitchen and dining room, I found Kent here on Angie's list. Best contact I've made here so far! Kent knew exactly what needed to be done. I have a family friend who is a GC in central Mass who I have talk to anyone who comes to my home. Well, he was convinced that Kent was the man for the job after speaking with him for 5 minutes. The whole job took about 3 days. We are very satisfied with the work that was done. He even went the extra mile when I asked about our leaky toilet. Turned out it needed a new wax ring. Kent performed the work for no additional cost. He's a great guy who I'd gladly hire again and again!

Had my entire kitchen refaced. Sean the owner gave a no hassle quote, no pressure at all. Quote was within my budget. I even added a couple of things later leading up to the actual date of service and he didn't even charge me anything more money. The person that actually did the work was Matthew and his brother. They were very professional and Matthew had an eye for detail. He was very communicative and always asked me questions if he was unsure of exactly what I was expecting. They arrived promptly at 7am every day and worked til 7pm with hardly any breaks. They always left the area clean every day. They had my job completed way sooner than I had expected. My kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. So many compliment from friends and my social media pages. Highly recommended and way cheaper than replacing my whole kitchen with new cabinets. Wish i could attach a photo for all to see but not sure how to do that:-(

Overall, it turned out pretty well. The workers were very polite. They were good at their work. They worked through. They weren't taking long cigarette breaks. In fact, they didn't smoke on the premises and in fact, I don't think they smoke. That's often a problem with workers, especially contractors, because they waste lots of time going out smoking cigarettes and these guys didn't. These guys worked straight through. So, I got my monies worth. I'm not complaining about that. There was one thing that irritated me though in that Albert decided what type of lattice I wanted in front of the deck, instead of asking me. Also, going with that, the way they mounted it, I knew it was going to be a problem. They screwed it in place. It's supposed to basically float inside a frame. But they couldn't get the frame materials. They drilled over-sized screw holes and then they used screws with large heads to allow some motion in the lattice panels. It's not a great solution. When the hot weather comes, the panels tend to bow. They expand a lot. They're plastic. They need to float in a frame that gives them a good amount of space to expand into. Unfortunately, he didn't have the proper materials or get the proper materials. The way he did it, he said it would be okay. But then, it really isn't. It's not anything that gets me terribly upset. So, I got my monies worth out of the deal. For $1500, they did quite a bit of work.

Excellent plumber. He arrived on time and installed new bathroom sink and kitchen faucet. He also did not charge us for the extra time it took to go buy proper faucet as the one we bought did not fit properly. Old school honesty goes a long way these days. Will use Zeolla Plumbing in the future.

It did not go so well. He was condescending and he had a terrible attitude. He charged us for Cambridge quality work and then offered not that quality of work. I sent him a list of things that he did not finish. I also sent him pictures. He said that they were not his jobs but they were the painter’s job. He poked holes in the wall to find studs and he told us that it was the painter’s job. A couple of different times I told him how I wanted him to finish something including the window frame, he responded with "that's stupid." I am paying $300 for contractor’s punch list just to get him off my back.

I was very clear on asking how long it would take. They said it would be quick, but they gutted the kitchen and they didn't come back for weeks. I wanted to pick out all the details of colors, floors, backsplashes, etc. He picked out things without my permission, and would email me saying he would charge me to change the order. They drilled holes in the walls. They dumped trash in the yard, and they would urinate in the yard. They damaged the cabinets when trying to install; this happened 4-5 times. The cabinets put in were defective, and the drawers did not match. They were also not level and damaged the ceiling tried to make it fit. They tried coloring in the chip marks with a marker. There was a large hole in the floor and never repaired the hole in the basement. He was very disrespectful, nasty, and rude, and we were not happy with the job. He threatened to sue my husband for refusing to pay the final payment, because it was not completed. Any time I tried to tell him about something I wasn't happy about, he would fight me about it and not return my calls for one or two weeks. He bought cheap materials and when we tried to tell him what we wanted, he said it wasn't in the budget. He also wouldn't tell us how much the budget was for each item like the cabinets or counter tops or lighting. He made it seem as though he was spending his own money. It took from August to November. He did no inspections at all and did not get permits necessary. He charge $600 for a new kitchen door but they only painted the remaining door and never supplied the new one. The employees also stole the radiator covers.
