AI bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. These guys were right on the ball from the start. Spent a lot of time going over the different stoves and options that go with them all. The installation was scheduled and went very well. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough. When I need something done, I go online and read all the awful reviews of probably great companies so I do not hire them. This review is for all of you that are like me and come here to get the low down on a business. Do not hesitate to go with South Shore Fireplace. It is very hard to find craftsman who really care about what they do and also so nice to deal with. South Shore Fireplace will be my go to guys for the rest of my life. ADominic explained everything involved with the project and gave me a detailed estimate of the cost and time-line. Dominic and his crew installed a stainless steel liner to the wood stove, installed a new damper for the fireplace, cleaned the wood-stove and fire box, cleaned and resurfaced the chimney crown and installed a new stainless steel chimney cap. The project was completed on time and the new liner has a lifetime guarantee. Our wood-stove and fireplace are working better than ever. I am very pleased with the result.- Ronni W.

AJustin, Mark and crew were phenomenal. They came in and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were very professional and courteous. They did a HECK of a job. They even went above and beyond extending the walkway by about a foot. They take extreme pride in there work, and although we had a few good stormy days, they managed to stay in touch and get the job done in a timely manner. I can't wait to rebuild my retaining wall, I know they will tackle that and get it done perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone.- Omar C.
