    The testing was really well done. I was well-directed and nicely instructed on where to sit and what to do. It was easy to follow. The facilities were clean and orderly. It was all very easy and stress-free. I was in and out. Done.

    My doctor is great, as are all of the specialists I've seen there. For the most part, the administrative staff are nice, too. My only complaint is that sometimes it takes a really long time to get an appointment (but who can tell if that's more about the practice or my insurance?). There's free garage parking, too? though the spots are really small.

    I have been going to him for at least 12 years. He listens to me. I discuss any issues I have and he will give me his opinion on the concerns. He will have me follow up with a specialist if necessary. He is very good to talk to. He has a very nice manner about him. I'm not sure if he is currently accepting new patients.

    It always goes quite well. My Primary Care DR is great. To see him I need to book several months early, however, when I have had urgent needs they have always been able to see me that day, though I will often get another Dr. All the Dr's appear to be quite competent and are very friendly. I have never felt rushed at all. For my general appts, even though they require me to schedule the appts quite far in advance, the Dr always has time to chat and just make sure things are going well. He will also explain in as much detail as I require anything I ask. I have NEVER felt rushed.
    They are also quite punctual. However, I always get early morning appointments, but I never remember waiting for more than 10 minutes. Its possible they back up in the afternoon and I just don't see it.

    I have been going to Crown OB/GYN yearly for 22 years, and surprisingly, I have only seen 3 doctors. My current GYN is Dr. Rich and I am very pleased with her. She is friendly, straightforward and answers questions when I have them. My only complaint is that sometimes it can be hard to schedule an appointment, as they are very busy, and sometimes I've had to wait in the waiting room or in the exam room for an extended period of time before being seen. It is annoying to wait, however, I understand that if someone that is pregnant has a medical emergency, that has precedence over a yearly checkup, and it is out of the doctor's control. It would just be nice if they communicated that a little better, so that you aren't sitting in a flimsy gown for 30 minutes wondering if they forgot about you. Overall I have been pleased with the quality of care they have provided and will continue to go there.

    I had appointments with all of the doctors at this office during my pregnancy, saw most of them during my 46 hours of childbirth, and was later treated for mastitis. I loved most of the physicians and found them to be very communicative, intelligent, and thorough. All of the doctors are very good and I would recommend them highly.

    Dr. Tracey was excellent, providing detailed concrete information about the procedure and medication to be used. He took the time to answer all my questions and had an excellent bedside mannor. He was also very reassuring and didn't rush the appointment. It was an excellent experience.

    I've gone for my annual physical, as well as any emergency needs, and various illnesses and medical issues I have for the past 3 years. My main association with them is through Dr. Leyda Delgado, whom I've been seeing for at least 6 years as my primary care physician. She is wonderful. When I see her, she is very attentive and caring, and is concerned whenever I bring up any of my medical issues. She always tries to find a solution, and is open to hearing my views. She is a good listener, and that is a compliment given the hecticness of the office and her very busy schedule. The practice in general is well-run, and the staff is friendly. They also have after hour visiting times, so that's good when you need to see a doctor after work hours. If there is an improvement, it may be that sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of the doctor when I am not visiting her. I learned recently about their online website and emailing the doctor. She confirmed that this is the best way to reach her, by email rather than by leaving a phonecall as she may not get it immediately. So, advice would be to ask your doctor how best to reach them after a visit, by email or phone.

    Delgado was assigned to me and I found her to be one of rudest care providers imaginable. As a doctor, her manner was abrupt, fidgety, cold, and she treated me as if I was wasting her time. She rapid-fired questions without even looking me in the eye, as if I were another number.
    I told her to give me a minute to think and and if she wanted patients to feel comfortable and disclose concerns, she should work on her bedside manner. She became very defensive and even more rude! She started telling me about her 15 years of experience, whatever. In those 15 years, she did not learn how to develop rapport with patients? To seemingly punish me for asking her to not be so abrupt, she did not refill my prescriptions in a timely manner. I had to call patient advocates at the corporate office and make formal complaints. Prescriptions were approximately 1-2 months overdue and I could get them only after lots of aggravation.
    Why become a doctor?
    I got a copy of my medical records and found her version contained a LIE. She told the patient advocate and documented that she called me and we spoke after the visit. This is an outright fabrication. I called about my prescriptions several times and only got stonewalled. She NEVER called or explained the hold up. I do believe this was to punish me for telling her that she was to abrupt, especially in a FIRST visit, when this is the time to develop a good doctor-patient relationship.
    In the end, I will never go back there and have found a great new doctor who is just as busy, but is warm and attentive with her patients. She would also never leave a patient hanging, waiting for prescriptions, without a good communicated reason (like a snow storm).

    The dr. was busy, kind of abrupt, and did not seem to be very warm or compassionate. Looking more at her computer than her patient. But I think most places are like this now, as if no one has any time. It was frantic.
