    Looking for a new car for quite a while and stopped here on a few occasions. Steven was very helpful, patient and not pushy at all which is what I was dealing with at other dealerships.  I finally made a decision and the process was fast and painless. The only minor negative experience was in the finance process the hard sell for warranty products appeared through the finance person, not the sales person.  This seemed out of line with the company's no haggle policy's and advertisements.

    I purchase my Infiniti at Quirk in 2006 and the dealership ended up closing shortly after that. I always took my car to the dealership for oil changes. Yes it is a little bit more expensive to have my car serviced at the dealership but at least I know that my car maintenance is done correctly. When Quirk ended up closing Prime Infiniti got their customer list and started sending me Service coupons for oil changes and other maintenance related items. I decided to give then a try and I have never regretted it. Service Advisor Tom Canon is awesome! Every time I call to schedule am appointment for my car he remembers who I am and is able to get me a loaner car so that I don't have to wait around while they are servicing my car. I have never met a more friendlier Service Advisor. If you are looking to get your Infiniti serviced make sure you ask for Tom Canon. You won't go wrong with him.

    They were very friendly, and always returned my calls. After being patient for about a week or so, I ended up getting a great price on my 2013 Subaru Outback. They were very fair and willing to work with me.

    I like them. They do good work. I get good service there. If you need a part for your car, they have it right there and don't have to send out for it. The price and quality are excellent. I would use this provider again.

    The last time around, they did general maintenance work including oil and grease type stuff and repairs. My experience with them has been very good. They can be trusted in terms of their honesty and their work. I have insurance because I bought the car from them, and they have worked very well to make sure that I get credit for the insurance part of the bill. I would use them again in the future; in fact, I am going to leave my car with them tomorrow.

    If you want a bad experience buying a car this is the place to go.....Home of the high pressure, arm twisting salesmen that don't let you leave without buying a car. These guys are the perfect example of why people hate car salesmen. I had tried to look at cars at Quirk a few years ago and had forgotten how uncomfortable and stressful this experience could be at Quirk. Well the experience was repeated again this weekend. After answering the question "How much did we want to spend" at least four times... They proceed to show me cars that are priced much higher (I'm sure the sales manager tells the salesmen "the customer can always afford more"). As for the cars, one of the "FORD pre-owned vechicle specials" It was special all right, it must have had a dog tied up in the back or it for a long time because the rear most seat belt was completely chewed up and the car smelled like it. Of course, the salesman would "have to talk to the manager about replacing it". One could barely sit in the car with the windows closed. Of course if you bought it you could always open the windows, I suppose. Quirk hires a bunch of kids out of high school, puts them in dark striped suits and teachs them to be friendly and talkative until they get the deposit (lure the sucker in). Quirk also teaches them to be deceitful and dishonest (by telling the customer that they have their best interests in mind while they are actually only interested in moving product). Anyone who has seen the movie Fargo knows what I mean. If you decide not to buy a car, or to even stop looking a car at Quirk you will see just how rude they can be. They actually INSULTED my wife and family because we were leaving without buying a car. I suspect the sales manager has told them not let the customer leave the lot without buying a car. The Quirk salesmen have done more to sell cars at all the other South Shore Ford dealers than any Ford company incentives. I guess I'm not the only one that feels this way. However, there are lots of Ford dealers around the South Shore and lots of Explorers. My advice is to simply shop elsewhere. j.

    One of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Surly and unprofessional are two words that come to mind. Was asked to sign documents without reading them. When I declined, was told I could go elsewhere. When I asked to speak to the representative's manager, was told he was not there -- which turned out to be a lie, since he showed up some minutes later. I actually felt physically threatened. How hard is it to print out a document for review before signing? I would not trust these people for any purpose.
