Michael and his crew were very professional. Michael came out the same day as we called for an estimate and this was in the aftermath of a blizzard that left many trees down in the area and customers in need of tree removal. He and his crew arrived promptly the next morning to complete the work. It was a tricky removal, given the power lines around the fallen tree and the layout of our yard and septic system and they completed the work in a timely and safe fashion. I was impressed not only with the quality of the work but with the professional manner in which we were treated. We would definitely hire them again.

They could not have been better. They were on-time, detailed and polite. Could not have been more professional. They didn't waste any time. There were a total of four workers and they were unbelievable. The person taking the calls, Sue, owner's wife, was pleasant and efficient.

They arrived at time stated. I requested the price to remove two additional small tall trees near large pine. Stated cost of $150. I agreed. Work was completed professionally although large pine stump could have been cut lower and levelled (6 in. difference from one side to other). Payment time = now I was told the total cost was $250. more. I explained that I had already made a $100. down payment. The man again quoted quite GRUFFLY the price. I was very intimidated and wrote the check for that amount planning to call the office the next day, figuring he hadn't taken my $100. down payment off his stated price. The office (after talking with their employee) gave me several answers: that I changed the additional two trees, one being bigger (I measured the stump, one inch bigger) and that they left me the wood chips which they normally charge for. At no time during this job was an additional charge (above the $150.for the two trees) of $100 stated until payment time. Office stated I got a good deal! I should have been told of the additional $100 charge before hand so I could make my decision accordingly.

Craig and his crew were professional, friendly and courteous! They did a great job removing 3 trees and pruning another. Cleaned up and the yard looked better than before they started! I plan on having a little more work in the fall.

Allscape did a great job. They were helpful during our initial contact and follow through to schedule the appointment. Sent three man team for the job. Team was prompt, friendly, professional and efficient. Craig, the senior arborist was very knowledgeable. Overall price was better than that quoted by SaveaTree on Cape Cod. Definitely can recommend.

Great tree service company. They are able to do jobs quickly after contacting them. It is very interesting to watch these people work. They have the tree removal process down like a well oiled machine. One guy operates a huge crane while a tree cutter is attached and starts to cut the tree in large pieces that the crane hauls to the two guys operating a the most powerful wood chipper l have ever seen in mt life. It literally devours whole trees in under a minute and turns it into tiny wood chips. The thing is awsome. They quoted me a price that was fair considering the equipment involved and the professionalism. They also cleaned up the yard of all tree limbs and debris and gave me some advice on future trees that should probably be removed.

Sheridan Landscaping was a pleasure to work with from the planning stages through the actual building of a custom stone Natural Gas Fire Pit. The crew was meticulous and did a very professional job. They continued to come back to tweek a few small items. We would heartily reccomend using Sheridan Landscaping for any custom Stone work. We are enjoying using our new Fire Pit and are getting a stream of compliments from those who have seen it!! Chris was a great project manager from start to finish. Mike their Stone mason did an amazing job with our custom stonework.

I've used them for I don't know 5 or 6 years now. I do a prepay upfront and they do 6 fertilizing treatments plus lime, grub, an aeration and overseed in the fall. So I get a discount for that by paying up front in January. So I've been pretty happy with them. My lawn is not the greatest but that's due more to the soil conditions in this area than anything else. Their customer service is quite good. Typically one, sometimes two and I don't know if that's more for training, but usually it's one person that comes out to do the treatments. It usually takes about 10 or 15 minutes to do the treatment depending on what is done. If it's just putting down an application it's relatively quick because they have power spreaders and so forth. If they're doing a multiple stage thing like in the fall when they do the overseeding and the aeration it may take twice as long like 20 minutes but it's generally pretty fast. Like I said their customer service is really good. When the guy comes out if I'm around usually we talk about the lawn and any problems that I think I'm having and he'll make recommendation or offer additional services if necessary. So I would say customer service is their best.
