    Although the receptionist for Mr. Appliance of Southeast Ma was somewhat curt when I called, "George" the service professional was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, He used a tool to quickly unlock the oven door. He explained that due to the age of the appliance, a replacement part was not readily available, but he would notify me if he found one. I cannot use the oven cleaning feature, but can still use all the other features of my oven. The cost was reasonable.

    This company was EXCELLENT! We are new to MA, I didn't know who to call so I went to Angie's list. Mr. Appliance had excellent reviews and the woman on the phone was friendly and very professional. She explained upfront the basic charge as well as our options. She then booked us for the next day" The company sent an email with their company info and a picture of the repairman that would be coming to our home. Geoge was terrific! He communicated what was wrong and the cost to repair the machine. The price was reasonable, the part ordered and a few days later (he was there on a Friday, of course) everything was up and running. I highly recommend this company, and George, very highly. The professionalism and the quality of service was outstanding.

    Our 2 1/2 year old dishwasher had a front panel go out. I'd called him before to let him know what the problem was, and he showed up 10 minutes early and did a great job, as always. He had already order the part based on our phone call. We're always happy with his work. His prices are always reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone.

    The Mr. Appliance tech arrived on time and with a positive, friendly attitude, and seemed very knowledgeable about our 15-year-old Whirlpool dryer. After removing the back of the dryer, he tested several internal components and quickly diagnosed the problem to be electrical. Instead of attempting to sell us parts that our dryer didn’t need to operate property, he suggested that the problem was a faulty electrical outlet. As it turns out, I contacted an electrician and the problem was indeed a faulty electrical outlet for the dryer. I would highly recommend the competent, professional, and honest service offer by Mr. Appliance of Southeast Massachusetts.

    The communication was fantastic - they called to confirm the appointment and answer any questions I had.  I asked for worst case scenario estimate and they gave me a very fair description considering they hadn't seen the problem.  Joe came out and removed the bag and told me i'd have to wait to see if the ice maker worked - but if it didn't they'd credit what I paid them that day towards the total cost of the repair if they had to replace it later.  (Hey Joe - if you're reading this - it still works!!).  Joe also was a great sport in that my Mom was visiting and I asked him to help me play a small, harmless prank on her while he was there and he completely rolled with it. (she's been bugging me to get a new fridge to match the rest of the appliances - I don't want to - so joe went on and on about what a great fridge i had and how I should keep it forever - stupid inside joke but it was funny and he was a great sport about it).
    Joe was exactly on time and called to say he was on his way which was unexpected and appreciated for a service visit of any kind.  The only disconnect was they told me on the phone that if all they had to do was remove the bag it would be the $88 service call fee and the total ended up being i think 116.  Still a fair price for the honest, friendly, prompt, service I received and frankly the disconnect could very well have been mine.

    I was very happy with the professionalism and responsiveness of this provider.  Upon scheduling the appointment, I was offered several earlier time slots because the proprietor knew that I was in a hurry to have the work completed.
    On the day of service, the technician (Joe) called me in advance to alert me of his arrival time, and spent a few minutes on the phone discussing the issue with the oven to ensure he had the needed replacement parts.  Upon arrival at the house, he proceeded to quickly diagnose and repair the oven.  He was courteous, careful, cleaned up completely and advised us on strategies for keeping repair costs down on our appliances in the future.
    I will call this repair service provider again and would recommend them highly to family and friends.

    I was extremely pleased with the service.
    Zeolla Plumbing came to my house for service one day after I made contact with Angies List. Very prompt!
    I love the fact that this is a family owned business. Doug, one of the sons, arrived exactly on time. He did a great job of listening carefully to me as I described the problem with my disposal. He fixed the problem quickly and explained, in detail, what caused the problem. What impressed me most of all was how polite and respectful Doug was. I would use their services again, in a heartbeat!

    I was very impressed with the service. Joe, the service technician, came on time and had the problem quickly diagnosed. They ordered the replacement part and he was back within a few days to install. Prices were very reasonable and the service was great! I would definitely recommend them to others!!!

    It was very good. They came when they said they were going to come and they fixed what they said they were going to fix. They were new appliances that were under warranty so we didn't pay anything. They did well. They came pretty fast.
