He provided a very reasonable quote for a 3,000 square foot 2 to 3 story home in 2 days (6 hours each day). He was very informative with the type of growth on the vinyl siding, roof shingles, decks and walk ways and thoroughly communicated his plan of how he was going to remove, clean and treat each surface. Removed three layers of asphalt shingles and a layer of WOOD shingles. Replaced ALL wood underneath. They filled FOUR dumpsters. Crazy. He worked hard to clean my roof with 15 years of moss, algae, and lichen. The roof is completely clean of all growth. AMAC ROOFING COWe used Mac Roofing last year based on a recommendation from a friend. Mac reshingled roof, replaced some plywood and removed unnecessary vents. He was very communicative throughout the entire process from the estimate to proposal and project completion. He followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with the roof after the roof was completed. His crew arrived early, worked efficiently and cleaned up all materials on our property. AA1 Roof CleaningGreat job. I thought I needed to replace my deck--the wood looked moldy and pitted. But, after Nathan finished, it looked fantastic. A coat of stain should be all I need now. Before washing the roof, Nathan took photos of it and alerted me to potential issues I might see in a few years--he's not selling roofing replacement so this was strictly a friendly heads up. I hired A1 because they perform low power roof washing, which avoids any potential damage to the tiles. I would recommend A1 without any hesitation.- ERIN ANNE R.

AGreat company! Responsive owner, dedicated staff. I asked for my gutters cleaned twice and each time the crew exceeded my expectations by taking an interest in my particular needs. Initially I had older, wooden gutters that they were gentle not to damage. They pointed out how they were already compromised. After I replaced these, they returned and cleaned out everything efficiently. They are easy to work with and provided quality service.
