Professional Work reviews in Peabody

I was more than happy to give these guys a review. Process was smooth and quick. My wife handled the project and worked closely with Kevin and the office manager, Shannon. Feeling pretty lucky to have them as our permanent contractor. Did I mention he had to deal with my two teenagers the whole time as well? Lol. Thanks guys. Referrals being given out!

    Isaac's Moving & Storage
Excellent Movers. Robert Arrowsmith did a great job coordinating the move. The move team of Alex, Anderson and Jose were the best we have had in our sixteen moves. They were polite, energized, careful and all one would want in a move team. No damage! Highly recommended!

    Ed OBrien Studios
Ed is a consummate professional whos knowledge of guitar technique and the theory of music is masterful. He has great and easy technique with beginners and experienced players. As a graduate of Berkeley College of Music he is well prepared to help music students reach their musical goals. It is my great privilege and honor to study guitar and music theory with Ed!

The process was a joy; he is collaborative as well as exploratory to reach the best end result for your needs within your determined budget. However the work doesn't stop there, as he will continue to monitor and suggest new options and improvements as time goes on. His talent is only surpassed by his patience, dedication and commitment to your specific needs. Once you're his client, the relationship is ongoing. I recommend him to anyone wishing to create sites from the most simple to the fully user/customer oriented sites.

    Verizon Wireless
I had Verizon Wireless for years. I would never recommend them. I just moved from them and I won't ever use them again. They stopped sending me bills since January and all they have done since January is harass me over the phone, wanting my bank account numbers or a credit card number that they can instantly charge things to, but I told them they had to send me a bill. They said they have sent me bills, but they haven't. I told them I would pay them if I can see something written, but they have refused to do that.

Technician had to be reminded to set the tv. Technician could not program their own remote. I ordered only one digital adapter, but Comcast continue to charge for 2 digital adapters. I had told the technician that I only needed one adapter. Technician told me it was okay. Comcast continues to bill me for 2 digital adapters, yet I only have one. I have tried multiple times to have Comcast rectify their error, but to no avail. I am getting the run around. I am being told that "we have refered it to our research department and are looking into it". In the meantime, they keep charging me for an equipment I do not have. I can't understand how Comcast in the 21st century is not able to track and locate their own adapters. This robbery without violence.

It was my first time as a patient in the Phippen wing of the hospital and I was pleasantly surprised at how much nicer it is than the Davenport wing of the hospital. The staff always seems rushed but that seems to be the norm for all medical personnel these days. All my interactions with the staff were pleasant and I found them professional and easy to talk with. My only real complaint with this facility is the parking lot and the drop off and pick up area for patients. It is almost impossible to find a parking space on a weekday in the main parking lot for patients and visitors although they do have free valet parking. The pick up area is located on a steep hill in front of an open covered courtyard and for someone who is recovering from surgery it is a very hard place to get into a vehicle. This is an area that the administration should put on a priority to improve on. My suggestion is that they should knock down the old and unused power plant directly in front of the main entrance and build a multi level parking garage with an enclosed walkway from the garage to the main entrance of the hospital.

I don't have issues at the moment but I've had them many times. We had a power outage in the city area. When the power came back on again, we lost our television. That was the crisis. The internet service and phone service was fine but she lost her television. The issue wasn't with the service person that I finally got to talk to in the phone but getting to that person is the problem. It's a nightmare. I called the number that they gave me and it just gave me the whole read-out of my bill, when it's paid last and how much I owe. They go a whole litany of different things and I have to give them my account number, my address, age and all personal information again. Then, they send me to somebody else. Finally, after I hit zero for numerous times, they'll say they'll transfer me to an operator. I have to wait for 10 - 20 minutes to get to an operator. It's an absolute nightmare. The woman I talked to on the phone said "I think I could solve that thing momentarily if you want to go with it." I said "Just tell me what to do." She said "Unplug your television box from the wall outlet. Wait 20 seconds and plug it back in." It was up and running. It took less than a minute to cure it but it took almost an hour to get somebody to talk to. The woman I talked to was terrific but getting to talk to her is another story.

    Roadrunner Moving & Storage Inc
We marked some things to go near the front of the unit, in case we need to get with them and they handled that perfectly.  The estimate we were given for the amount of person-hours necessary to move us was off by a good amount - so the initial bill was well over our estimate.  As soon as I pointed this out, however, the foreman made a call to the estimator and they adjusted our bill, to the lower end of our estimate!    This was done with remarkable professionalism and was very impressive to me.  My only complaint would be that they unwrapped some of our belongings once they were put into storage (to get their pads back), which took longer and will mean that our move will take longer when we move out of storage - as these things will need to be re-wrapped.  But I understand that, even though I paid the deposit on the moving pads, they will not have access to any they leave with us for an unknown period of time.
All of our stuff is in storage, so I can't obviously speak to damage or any missing items, but in terms of responsiveness, being easy to work with, professionalism, and for honoring their original estimate, Road Runner gets top marks and we will be calling them again when we find a new place to call home.

He very seldom returned phone calls. Impossible to get in touh with him. He had our table base for almost two months, leaving me without a kitchen table. We finally gave up and had to go back to his business twice to get out base back.
