    GoodFellas Doggy Daycare
I brought my dog to run around for daycare only to find out they were putting him in a crate and on a leash and then complain because he was high energy. Never got a phone call saying he needed a crate only found out after a employee slipped up and told me. My dog has come home sick two times from daycare

    BORASH VETERINARY CLINIC
The worse part is, they can be slow. It's like any other doctors office. I'm there, wait, they see me, and that part is quick. The best part is, they do care about the animals, and they take their time to explain things. I have used them for years.

    Northeast Veterinary Hospital
I had called last week to make an appointment for BOTH my cats, but, when we arrived, I was told only one of them had an official appointment, but they took both of them anyway.  We were shown into the exam room, and the technician came in a weighed them both, and did a quick check of their records.  The vet came in and introduced herself.  I hadn't seen her before, although we have used this veterinary hospital for at least 9 years, but she was new to them.  I was honestly not happy with the experience with her.  She seemed awkward with my two cats.  She seemed to have trouble examining them, and they weren't behaving badly.  And, the thing that bothered me most was when she was giving them their shots, she missed 3 times on each of them, and stuck them with the needle, and made them both meow and cry.  I have never had that happen before with any of my cats, usually they don't even notice the doctor giving them the shot, it's that quick and well done.  I will not book an appointment with Dr. Erin Turowski again if I can help it, as I was disappointed with her rapport with my cats, and also with the way she administered their shots.  I will continue to take them to the Veterinary Hospital, as I love Dr. Doug DePiero, He's always excellent with my animals, Dr. Steve Logsdon has been great when we have had an appointment with him, and Dr. Buzz Newman is a major cat person and my cats loved him.  Dr. Turowski was a very nice person, and I liked her - she was friendly and personable but I didn't feel that she did a good job with my cats and they were quite traumatized by the experience.  It seemed quite pricey as well. We were there for less than an hour.

    DANVERS ANIMAL HOSPITAL
Scheduling was good and the vet we saw, Dr. Morris, was wonderful. She interacted great with our dog, got right down on the floor with her. The one thing is their check-out system can be a little bit long. Communication is good with them. They've been really responsive with my questions. The cost there was better than I thought it would be.

BOSTON NORTH DOG & CAT HOSPITAL

absolutely dedicated to the cat and dogs that she services. I've been going their for nine years. I had a dog that had heart failure. She is very wonderful she did not want to let him out the first time. She wanted him to stay and wanted to pursue the issue further. She took him tot he animal ultrasound and she took him her self to make sure that everything was done and she could ask questions immediate so that she would have immediate feedback. She was wonderful and I think she saved his life. She has even taken my daughter cats home to keep an eye on them. She also done house calls and she is incredible.

BOSTON NORTH DOG & CAT HOSPITAL
I am really pleased with their services.  Dr. Cogan has access to services by other clinics that provide specialties like and MRI for my dog and so forth.  She does a very good job of coordinating the services and is very caring about the animals.  She treats each one of them as her own pet.  One of my dogs had bladder stones; she was able to resolve the issue but she said I better feed them the special kind of dog food.  I have not had a recurrence since then; it has been a year and a half now.  She is quite skilled, capable, and knowledgeable.  She takes dogs or cats home with her if they need special overnight care.  To me, she goes above and beyond to follow her duty.  They can always be cheaper but there is nothing that I can say is very expensive.

    BORASH VETERINARY CLINIC
A few days after moving to the area, my 4 year old cat became very sick. Not having a vet in the area I called dr borash after a recommendation from a new neighbor. I explained the situation and they took us right away, even though we were not patients. Dr borash and his staff we kind and very gentle with my ailing pet and with a very upset cat mom. They did everything they could and were extremely supportive when my very loved cat passed away..they even sent a sympathy card and called to check in on me. Though heart broken, I decided to return to dr borash to adopt a new fuzzy friend when the time came. He is now our vet and I will never take my pets to anyone else.

    Farms Veterinary Clinic
There was no wait in the office when I arrived. My dog and I almost immediately saw a veterinarian and his technician/assistant. They were very friendly and kind to my dog, and gathered/tested a blood sample in about 15 minutes. After that short wait, they let us know the dog did not have Heartworm and that we could get a prescription on their "Vet Portal". The visit cost about $110, which I suspect is reasonable, but then again, I have not been to many other veterinarians. I also got a quote for our dog to be spayed, which turned out to be between $400 and $500.

    NEW ENGLAND VETERINARY CLINIC
It went fairly well. The appt. was on a Saturday and they were close to being on time. The doctor asked some questions about our dog then gave a brief examination. Based on what we told him and what he saw, he couldn't come up with a definitive diagnosis and 'thought he might' be having some sort of seizure. He put him on medication. We have seen minimal change and will need to go back for further testing. It was very expensive for the short period of time we were with him (15 minutes or so).

THE ENTIRE STAFF AT NORTHEAST VETERINARY CLINIC WAS EXTREMELY SYMPATHETIC TO MY SITUATION, PARTICULARLY DR. DEPIERO. HE MADE THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF PUTTING DOWN A FAMILY PET, LESS TRAUMATIC THAN IT COULD HAVE BEEN DUE TO HIS CALM AND CARING DEMEANOR. HE GAVE ME MANY WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT, AND TOOK AWAY SOME OF THE INTENSE GUILT I WAS FEELING. ALSO, GENERALLY SPEAKING, HE IS A WONDERFUL VET, SHOWING GENUINE CARE AND CONCERN FOR HIS PATIENTS. HE IS RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE, PROVIDING VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL CARE FOR A FAIR PRICE. HIS STAFF IS VERY ORGANIZED AND PLEASANT, FROM THE MOMENT YOU CHECK IN UNTIL THE TIME YOU CHECK OUT. THEY ARE ALSO VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS, OR GETTING BACK TO YOU WITH INFORMATION. GENERALLY SPEAKING - THIS IS THE BEST VET I HAVE DEALT WITH OVER APPROXIMATELY 20 YEARS OF PET OWNERSHIP.
