He returned my call immediately and tried to trouble shoot the problem via text (I took pictures of all the parts as I had taken lock apart) Gordon told me “If It is a simple fix, I will walk you through how to fix”. Well it turned out to be pretty complex ( lock was likely original to house) so Gordon came out to our house the next day and luckily He was able to repair it and saved us a ton on money. ALior was able to come with an hour of my call on a Saturday evening. He understood my directions very well and re-keyed 6 locks on 4 doors and now they function very smoothly. He made the exact number of key copies that we need and was incredibly quick with his service. Price was fair when compared to his competitors. Would definitely hire him again. This is a relief because our long time locksmith retired a couple years ago and we hadn’t found anyone we were as happy with, until now!

AAlan and his crew are fantastic! They were punctual each day, worked efficiently and did excellent work. We live in an old colonial and had three rooms painted , one with cracks in the wall and a flaking ceiling. They look like new- they really go the extra mile with prep and sanding. Very happy with the painting. I also appreciated their respect for safety protocols (my project was completed during the pandemic), his crew was respectful and professional.

AHardest part was catching someone in the shop. Google, their website, and facebook all have different hours. Once I caught him though, it was fast and cheap. Would definitely use him for lock services again. BTW, I asked and he said to use the facebook page to determine hours.

He was punctual, professional, thorough in answering the questions I had, and he completed the work in almost no time at all.
