    It was my first time as a patient in the Phippen wing of the hospital and I was pleasantly surprised at how much nicer it is than the Davenport wing of the hospital. The staff always seems rushed but that seems to be the norm for all medical personnel these days. All my interactions with the staff were pleasant and I found them professional and easy to talk with. My only real complaint with this facility is the parking lot and the drop off and pick up area for patients. It is almost impossible to find a parking space on a weekday in the main parking lot for patients and visitors although they do have free valet parking. The pick up area is located on a steep hill in front of an open covered courtyard and for someone who is recovering from surgery it is a very hard place to get into a vehicle. This is an area that the administration should put on a priority to improve on. My suggestion is that they should knock down the old and unused power plant directly in front of the main entrance and build a multi level parking garage with an enclosed walkway from the garage to the main entrance of the hospital.

    I am not covered on some other state. In the long run, they are going to take big bucks if you are in the wrong state. Only some of the stuffs are covered. It does not cover Asia, South America and Europe. Their customer service is pretty good.

    The staff there is professional and friendly. They are pretty prompt about their service. I never had any bad experience there. They are very pleasant and professional. It’s like in house clinic. You have to wait until your name comes and they call you. You don’t have to wait overly long. Everybody that I have come in contact with, have been very nice and pleasant. Their billing is fine. I would use them in the future.

    My wife gets an insurance coverage through her company. When you have an insurance, then they fill your prescriptions once you send them the legitimate prescriptions. They know what they are doing, but they don't bother to help you if you don't have an insurance. It's good in a way, as my wife works for a big corporation and very seldom anything goes wrong when you work for a big company. Everything works out well for me. I get my prescriptions for legitimate uses and I don't overdose myself. The doctors too don't give me medicine that I don't need. I get my medicines once I send them my prescriptions. I feel that when it comes to the price then all drugs are 3 times more than they should be.
