Initially I had older, wooden gutters that they were gentle not to damage. They pointed out how they were already compromised. AChristopher EldChris is wonderful! He painted and patched 3 bedrooms, did gutter cleaning and prepared 3 closets for system installs. He is so talented in repairing the numerous cracks in the horse hair plaster walls of this 100 year old house and made the ceilings look brand new. ARoberto's Affordable LandscapingI've worked with a number of different landscaping companies and always struggled in balancing, high quality work, service, and cost. That was until I found these guys. Simply put, every job they've had has exceeded our expectation. Whenever I have a question, or request for a quote he gets back to me within minutes and is often times is at my house within an hour to help me figure it out. Work gets done within days (not weeks, or months) and he is always there to kick off the project and ensure it's done to his high standard at the end. His pricing is average, but the quality of the work is second to none. I couldn't recommend him and his teams work more, I wish every company I worked with had the same level of service/quality. The only issue we have is that he does such a good job we keep adding more projects :)- Thomas N.

BAppointment scheduled, they showed up as promised and cleaned the gutters for a good price, like they have done for several years. I called to report that one downspout was left clogged and gutters were overflowing. They promised to come and fix the issue. Never did. I will likely give them a pass since they have been good for several years, but it's just not good customer service to not follow through with an unhappy customer.

AThe quote process was extremely easy, and resulted in a very competitive quote that I was happy to accept. Once the materials were available, the job took just over a day in my case, and the result is beautiful. I look at the fence out of my window throughout the day as I work, and it's a gigantic improvement. The team really took care to do the job right, meaning align each fence section in a pleasing way, and accept my feedback. Afterwards they cleaned the site thoroughly and disposed of everything. I'm happy to recommend this company for fence work here and anywhere else.

FI had Tony and his crew come to my house and replace my gutters and downspouts. After the job was completed my wife and I noticed that when it was windy one of the new downspouts vibrated so bad I actually thought it might come off the house. I called Fox Gutters and was repeatedly told they were very busy and could not say when they could come back and fix the problem. After 3 weeks I gave up all hope and fixed it myself. Only needed another bracket to secure it. I cannot recommend Fox Gutters to do any work due to their lack of customer service and follow up.

FAWFUL. Arrived 1015 Friday after Thanksgiving and were gone by 11am. I contracted their premium package, $770. This included pics and video of entire job and water washing to show cleared downspouts. I have trees and this is a problem. The skipped half our house and only did the easy part, front and driveway. They never came to assess the job although it states on the website they will, they didn't. I asked they come to access but instead they googled me. After the job was done in 45 minutes I waited and waited for the pics and video I paid a small fortune to have. They eventually sent me two pics of the cleaned front gutter , the other pics I received were of someone else's property! I have a video, less than 10 seconds that shows a worker crouching at the edge of my roof. He was PRETENDING to be doing the downspout water wash, but there was no water in the red bucket. They could have done the right thing and done their job but instead cut corners and preferred to FAKE/PRETEND they did the work of cleaning the gutters and water washing my downspouts. I have no videos or pics to show me they did anything but the front and one side. I posted something this morning on their website that showed others with a similar complaints of lack of professionalism, claiming the workers don't speak English so they didn't understand the job? Also on their website they say they will come back within 65 days to make any problem, right. They never even called me back. CRIMINALS. On their website show 5 star reviews but this morning they were all 1 Star. Not with this company, no way. I filed a report with the BBB, AG's office, Google, Yelp, Here and will take them to court. It isn't the money as much as you stealing from me. Don't tell me you are going to do something then don't. Never pretend or send me someone else's gutters.
