    I got twice a year. Their service is excellent. I have been going here ever since Dr. Casigilia took over. Most of his staff has been here for a long time, and they are all excellent. I would absolutely recommend!

    When I walked in the environment was warm and inviting. I checked in with the receptionist and 5 minutes later I was being called to the back. Given it was my first time I received X-rays and then my cleaning. Everyone was professional and gentle. I didn't feel like I was being judged for not being at the dentist for a while. They also offer sedation for those that get nervous about seeing a dentist. The only negative item I can think of is the hours. They are not convenient but I work my schedule around their hours because they are great. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a good quality dentist.

    My husband likes him. He is efficient and thorough. My husband had some difficulty after a procedure and he did not waste any time recommending to go to oral to resolve the pain he was having. My husband is very pleased. the coast are reasonable. Our insurance covered that which is good. I have no negatives.

    My experience was fine. He seemed knowledgeable, personable, and did what was necessary for the first visit; he did not do a complete end to end cleaning but a cosmetic cleaning where he could see the condition of the teeth adequately; if there was a crack whenever he would chip it off and make sure there was no corrosion underneath. His facility seemed to be modern and up to date. It struck me that the facility was not handicapped accessible. I am sure they have very nice furnishing. As far as I am concerned, it did not affect the treatment. I have decided to use him again. I am supposed to go to him frequently over the next few months because I have accumulated several problems of caps and other issues from previous work that was done ten or fifteen years ago and needs to be addressed. I am not in any pain and it is not an urgency but it is certainly stuff that needs to be paid attention to. I expect there will be at least two crowns included in the repairs. Bailen accepts my insurance so that is also an attractive decision-making tool. He said he accepts most insurance coverage but there is not all coverage. He also said that there are a number of patients that have no insurance or have a different insurance and he accepts the payment but not the fee schedule from the other insurance company. They make reimbursements but he does not agree with their fees. He has agreed that he will credit me $300 from the insurance company and I will have to pay him another $300. I did not meet any more of his staff than he himself and he is friendly.

    I just started as a new patient with Varinos. I have been pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and office environment and they are very accomodating with scheduling of appointments. They are very attentive in areas of billing/cost/general dentistry needs and their location is very convenient (I use the office in the Hallmark building in Peabody).

    I knew it had to be done! It bothered me every now and then how it looked when I smiled so one day, I asked my neighbor if she had any recommendations and she referred Varino's Dental. I went to the Newburyport location because thats where I live.

    She's actually very good.  She knows what she's doing.  She's on the leading edge of the technologies.  She took over the office from another doctor and modernized it.  She tells one what she's thinking and works with them on the cost issue and the insurance.  She's just easy to talk to.  She's honest.  Her availability is good.  I know that she's busy, but I've been able to get in when I need to.  Her bedside manner and communication is very good.  She's good.  She's aging so there may be some men that won't feel comfortable, but she does a really good job.  I would continue to use her practice in the future.

    All went well. I was worried that I might have a need for a root canal and he assured me I did not. He wanted me to get a cleaning appointment set up very soon which I did for 2 weeks later. The whole experience was great considering I had to wait hardly any time to get an appointment with him and the hygenist. I would recommend them to anyone.

    I go in and work with a hygienist, and I see whatever dentist is in that day. I have been going there since 1988. The quality of care is fine. They take good care of my teeth. I have been seeing the hygienist there for a long time. She was with their practice when they were in another building, and then they moved to another one. I followed her to the new office.

    I?ve been going to Dr. Widronak for a couple of years now. He is personable and thorough. He is easy-going, but very mature. He has been in the dental business for long enough to know what a fad is and what is realistic; yet he has not been in the business too long to not to be opened to new things. He comes well recommended by his peers. I started going Dr. Widronak when my earlier dentist retired. I found Dr. Widronak through referrals. I am very happy with him. I make appointments with him in advance, but he can get me in when there is an emergency. His office environment is quite conventional; it is not too loud, not too brassy. There?ve been few problems with his billing team, but they?ve been workable.
