    Hired crew to move a 3-bedroom house. They were scheduled to arrive between 7am-8am and showed up on time at 7:15am and quickly got work. The 3-man crew were quick, careful with the furniture and friendly. They were also very patient when we had them move the furniture/rugs an inch this way, then that way, then back, etc. Nothing broken; no walls/floors scratched. They also finished the job a little under the estimated time so I saved some money. The owner was very accommodating as I had to delay my move, and still offered the same price for a Sunday move.

    This move could not have been better!! The three young men who moved us were very friendly, really polite and extremely efficient. They arrived early and we were completely moved into our MA residence in around seven hours. We are so pleased!!!

    Nick came out to provide an initial quote and to go over the details of the move in person. He was also present for the move - the team arrived promptly at 8am and worked very fast. They also accommodated several last minute additions to the list of items without any issue. They were equally as prompt and flexible on moving the furniture into our new home. The closing did not allow us to get into the house until 3pm. Nick and team arrived right on time and assembled all furniture within a couple hours. We were able to sit and relax in our new home by dinner time. The quote was right on target and Nick actually discounted a bit for us even though it was at the end of the month and the busiest moving week of the year in Boston area. Highly recommend Bell Air after our experience.

    PODS Moving and Storage
    It takes a lot for me to get this upset. And I am extremely upset. The Austin side of this move has been extremely easy. The Boston side of this move has been an absolute hellish nightmare for many reasons: 1. The Boston area location cannot apparently deliver the POD on ANY DAY OTHER THAN MONDAYS OR SATURDAYS. ??? 2. The Boston area location cannot apparently do same day drop off and pick up of a POD in the Boston area EVEN THOUGH IT'S A MAJOR CITY AND THERE ARE A MULTITUDE OF RESTRICTIONS THAT GO ALONG WITH LEAVING A STORAGE CONTAINER STREET SIDE FOR LONGER THAN A FEW HOURS (similar to a moving truck) - what this means for me is leaving a POD in the loading dock area of my apartment. Which also isn't reasonable to ask my complex if I can take up their loading dock with deliveries, people moving in and out, trash, etc (I did ask anyway, fingers crossed and begging, but they could not accommodate). So, essentially, between points 1 and 2, I can't even use PODs alone to complete this move. 3. Every time I call, I get completely, COMPLETELY different answers to the questions I need to ask pertaining to my move. Which is extremely frustrating. Calling PODs one day and hearing "we only deliver Mondays and Saturdays" to hearing "no ma'am, we deliver Mondays through Saturdays" another time. Inconsistency is the QUICKEST way to lose customers to trust. How am I supposed to be able to trust your associates if I'm being given differing answers every time I call? So, I escalate. 4. When I escalate, I am given absolutely NO options. NO empathy whatsoever on the other end of the line. "Ma'am the supervisor is just going to tell you the same thing I am". Then what is the point of an escalation? If no one is even seemingly WILLING to help me, what is the point? I'm not kidding here - it has been like I've been talking to 15+ black holes. Zero help. Absolutely nothing. Mostly silence on the other end of the phone. And believe me, I have offered up plenty of ideas to see if they can accommodate ANY of them. They're all answered with no. What this terrible experience has left me is a partial move to Boston, with no conceivable way to get my things from A to B with consistency, any resemblance of customer service, and any options. Mostly just a "well we still have your money", "good luck finding anyone else to help you", "we can't do anything for you" attitudes. This review doesn't even come close to showing how absolutely disappointed I am, upset I am, how much anxiety I have about this experience and move with this company. Needless to say, I coordinated with an external local mover on my own, spending even more money out of pocket to make sure my long distance move can somehow be completed in a manner that fits the schedule I need. Because after all, that's why I'm using PODs, right??? And now I'm being given more restrictions by PODs about this company coming in to help me complete a move that PODs just can't get done (and clearly has no intention of assisting in doing so). I am at a loss for words for this experience. It makes me so sick that there are customer service teams out here like this, that this company feels like they can just disconnect from a customer like I'm just a drop in the bucket for them. I'm trying to re-coordinate with the other movers, seeing if there's something they can do to help this girl that's crying on the other end of the line to please help her because she's at a complete loss for what to do with her options. They currently can't help with a move another day, so this is still up in the air. But the local mover did offer options, did offer empathy, apologized multiple times that I was going through a tough time, told me that if I keep thinking positive that they're sure that things will work out for me in the end. Even though they're not currently able to meet my needs, at least they're human. Please please please do not use this company. Use someone local. Use someone that wants to help you. Use someone that wants to make sure you have a good experience throughout the entire process. It makes a world of difference.

    GREAT! The driver made arrangements to pick up the chair and was quite punctual and very nice. He gave me an estimated time for arrival, called me when he couldn't reach the recipient but said he could make another stop first. I immediately contacted the the recipient who had only a small window of opportunity to accept delivery. Then, I called the driver, Richard, told him and he changed his route to accommodate the time line. He was great! Uship was also great! They contacted me for a review which surprised me. They were all very professional! The whole experience was terrific.

    Everything went well, crew worked hard and there was no damage done. We had some tricky and fragile furniture. Only negative thing was that they were 2.5 hours late due to an issue with the previous customer (not their fault) but they failed to update me about the delay. I found about about the delay when I called them at the time there were supposed to start.

    Best moving company ever and I have moved a lot in the last 10 years. The team arrived early for the move and they are all very pleasant. Everything was moved quickly and with no issues to the furniture. Nothing was damaged and it was all done in a great time. They have a flat time for travel which is great and they work fast so no time wasted to get more time for the bill. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend this team for any move large or small. Also they moved items from one place to another as we tried to decide where to have some furniture and did not complain or seem annoyed. This is a great team and Nick is a great business owner.

    Nick and his crew really did a superb, professional job with our move. They arrived on time, worked fast, hardly took any break for a lunch, were courteous and careful. Our new home is situated on a busy road on a pitched hill, requiring the team to negotiate some narrow, old stairs. We also had more 'stuff' than anyone might expect in a two-bedroom apartment. They took all of it on, getting us into our new home. Nick was responsive and helpful, responding quickly to my request for information and getting us scheduled on our preferred moving day. We really appreciated all the work they did. Thank you.
