I could not get through to him. He knows what he's doing. He was able to make a diagnosis within 30 seconds that other people were not able to make. He's really good, as a doctor. But he has the worst bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. His office staff is the same. They're awful.

She is a wonderful and caring person.  She spends as much time as you
need and explains everything clearly. She works with the patient to come
up with the best plan when there may be several options.   I highly recommend her!

I have been there many times for physical therapy and highly recommend it. They are professional and kind. They really want to help you to get better. They seem to have a lot of experience and really good professional credentials. Some of them specialize in one or more types of therapy and they can schedule with someone who really knows a lot about your particular problem

He is really great. The nurses are also great. He takes his time with me. The doctor is great, but the office staff is not as good as they could be. I have had problems with them misending medical records.

Dr. Komer is my doctor. He is a good doctor. He is very aggressive in terms of treatment meaning that he applies the appropriate diagnosis and therapy. I just like him. He is personable. He has a good bedside manner.

The care my father got was sub standard.  I had called him several times and left a message as I wanted an update on my father's care in the nursing home.  He never returned my calls.  It wasn't until I escalated the issue with a social worker and director that he finally called me back.  His response was rude as I had asked him to call my father's primary care physician for a conference call as their care opinions had differed.  He said that he had 21 other patients to treat and did not have time to call!
The day before my father passed away, the hospice nurse had requested an increase in my father's morphine dosage.  The nursing home called Dr. Fallah-Soy's office repeatedly to get permission to increase the dosage. They called from 9:00am to 5:30pm and there was no response.  My father was in distress, he needed more medication, and the Dr. did not respond in a timely manner.  I had to escalate the issue to senior management and finally he called back.  My father did not have to suffer all day waiting for him to call back.
This doctor should not be practicing geriatric medicine!

I can sit and talk to him. I can tell him off when I feel like telling him off. He is very conservative. He doesn't do things that are unnecessary. He writes with chicken scratches though which are hard to read. He is definitely an A for his availability. I have been squeezed into his schedule many times. The first time I went to him though, he was 2 or 3 hours late because of an emergency at the hospital in town. He apologized for that though.

Dr. Vaida may seem blunt and direct on the surface but he really cares for his patients.  The bluntness comes from his way of just telling you like it is; he told me what my allergies were, how they were going to affect my daily life and what the treatment options were.  I think once I got past his stoic personality, I could see that he was a very, very competent doctor.  I would use him again.

They had new people and they were time consuming. There was some confusion of what shifts they were doing. There were two different new people at different times and neither of them had a grasp on the job yet. The services were good.

It was fine. We had to wait there. We got all the diagnostics done and go other places. On that day they were doing some electronic changes so there was a lot of waiting. I would use them in the future.
