    Tom Brady Carpentry
Tom and his crew were excellent. I was in the middle of a major renovation project when my carpenter disappeared. Tom agreed to work on my house whenever he had a free day or two in his schedule. Over the period of two months he came in and corrected many errors and shoddy work done by the previous carpenter. He worked with me to design and build a new front porch, roof extension, and rear deck. He framed, floored and insulated the attic. He removed and replaced damaged vinyl siding. During the rainiest fall on record, Tom and his brothers Sean and Kevin, went way above and beyond, switching from one task to another, inside and outdoors, to get the house finished, on time and on budget.

Perfection Hardwood Floors of New England
We recently had our entire house serviced by "Perfection" Hardwood flooring. The job seemed fairly simple: install new hardwood floors in two rooms, sand all the other rooms, stain and do two coats of poly. They did work very fast, but perhaps it was too fast. Corners were cut and overall it seemed very sloppy. Upon completion, we had swirl marks in one room, dirty hand prints and smudges on the freshly painted walls, trash on the kitchen countertops and in the front yard, painters tape on the entire house, and a partially unfinished front threshold. We've also found droplets and large areas where the poly was poured on and not spread out. He demanded a final check immediately, before the poly was even dry for us to inspect. When we brought up our concerns in a professional manner about the job, he demanded a check again. When finding out one was not left for him (it was being mailed) he stormed out of the house and slammed the door. I have dealt with many subcontractors for renovations on various properties. I have NEVER experienced such an unprofessional such as this to date. Because he left the tape on too long, it ripped off multiple layers of paint. We had to PAY EXTRA to our painters to have the trim sanded, primed, and painted. Instead of two easy coats of paint, they have more work otherwise the trim will have a jagged appearance from the missing layers that came off in chunks. We also found two large bundles of removed tape just left on the floor. Buyer Beware

I would of not waited so many years to finish my floors if I had known about Michael !
Dustless worth every penny ! It was a pleasure to work with someone who takes pride in their work and who is a master at what he does. I walked into my house and could not believe that these were the same floors . My friends have commented on my new wood flooring and when I tell them the are the original floors -speechless-  I could not be happier with my gorgeous floors !
Thank you Michael for making this one the easiest parts of my renovation.

Wes & team are excellent, professional.  Wes is very cost conscious, has great suggestions on how to save on project.  all work completed in excellent and timely fashion.  Would use Wes again in for any other project.  All work performed as promised, at cost, no frills, no surprises.  Wes uses a great plumber.  His services were seamlessly integrated into the work.  Highly recommended.

Trustworthy is the word to describe this company. I gave them my keys and they delivered my townhouse perfect! I rate them as A+++++. This company made my two properties in the true essence of HOME. I will not think twice to recommend them to my friends who need help in their houses. Marc is very professional and treats his customers as his own family. He would always say...Keep smiling!!! His decent estimates would keep his customers smiling...and of course of his being trustworthy and of jobs well done!!

    National Floors Direct Inc
Not impressed with the lack of carpet selection but found a carpet we liked and moved forward with install.
It has been over a year since the install and the carpet is bubbling up in several places. When I called to have the issue addressed customer service told me since it is over a year, there is nothing they can do. I have other carpet in my house that is over 10 years old and was installed by a different company and it still looks great aside from regular were and tear from dirt.
Additionally NFD told me that they do not even have the ability to fix the carpet even if I was willing to pay additional cost for it to be done. They told me I would have to google a "carpet stretcher" to have this fixed.
I plan to never use this company again. If you want something done correctly the first time and to have long lasting quality pay a little the extra the 1st time around and avoid using National Floors Direct

    Joy Floors - Medford
We had used them about a year ago when we had all the floors in the house refinished but at the time we decided that since the floors upstairs weren't that bad we would just have them buffed and re-polyed. We had to do the entire first floor since we were weaving in some new floors with old. The fact that the first floor stain didn't match the second floor was something that just kept kind of bothering me. Plus, as we found out, if the previous people had used wax based products to clean the floors there was a chance that the new ploy would not adhere as well. We ended up finding that some of the new poly upstairs was flaking and just decided go have the upstairs done right.
Mike at Joy Flooring is very responsive, if they were running late they would text to let me know ahead of time. They made sure to put up a barrier between the upstairs and downstairs to minimize the amount of dust that got downstairs since we were living in the house during the process. They made sure to check in along the way and I have to say they did a great job. So much happier now that all the floors match throughout the house.

Marc, the contractor, is a very honest and professional man. I was thinking that the company deals with painting only but they do everything superbly. I was very satisfied with their service that I did not look into another contractor anymore. I negotiated with two big companies before I found this company and you can really see the difference. MA painters and remodeling is the right company to hire that I am not ashamed to  recommend to my friends and co workers. The company made my house a HOME!

I'm extremely happy with all of the work Ronnie has done. He is meticulous and shows great attention to detail while also having that rare quality for a skilled craftsman of understanding the artistic vision. He also worked really well with my designer. Don't let his rough exterior throw you. This guy is a pro - both knowledgeable and skilled. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and in fact, I will, as I am planning to have some tile work done in my kitchen. To address the categories above specifically:
PRICE: Ronnie's price is fair, but not cheap. However, tile jobs can be so sloppy (and he had to rip out one of those I'd already paid for) that it is totally worth paying a fair price for outstanding work.
QUALITY: Ronnie will take his time, not skimping on prep work, laying tile, or sealing, and it is obvious from conversations with him and the final product that he takes immense pride in his work. He understands that all he really has to bank on is his reputation, and he takes that seriously.
RESPONSIVENESS: Ronnie is easy to reach by cell or text and he will communicate in detail regarding his game plan and progress. He will also ask questions to make sure he understands the job and will not risk proceeding if he's unsure.
PUNCTUALITY: Occasionally, scheduling conflicts or something else unexpected resulted in a minor slippage in the time line for the jobs to be completed. That said, my designer needed him to come back several times to tweak things (based on other work we were having done) and he made the time to pop over to do that so that we weren't held up too long on the other work that we needed to complete.
PROFESSIONALISM: At the end of the day, I just want a quality job done at a decent, mutually agreed to price, and for the service provider to treat me as a customer with respect. I got all of that with Ronnie.

I can't say enough positive things about this company.  My contact, Jimmy, had to be the person who called me and tell me that the house that I had just purchased not even a week before had termite damage that was not disclosed by previous owners.  This is the first property I have ever purchased and after hearing that I was obviously very upset to hear about the damage and the cost to repair it.  Jimmy did went above and beyond to be kind to me and guide me through the steps of getting the issue addressed and resolved.  Not only was he a kind person with great business sense, but the actual finished product was so amazing that I literally shed a tear.  Absolutely amazing, I would definitely use this company again and refer him to my family and friends.
