    Eye Care Professionals
The eye exam went well. The office is very nice, full of the latest equipment. His staff was polite and corteous. I went thru a bunch of tests, and Dr Reitano gave me good advice about my eyesight, and potential issues. Overall, the visit was a pleasurable one, and I would return there for my eye care needs.

Dr Kozak was very good and did a great job with the eye exam. The appointment scheduling went smoothly. The office is nice. There's a glasses boutique where you can try on some glasses while you wait. It's a little pricey to buy glasses there, but I was very pleased with the service when I did. My glasses are very nice and I was able to use my FSA account funds. The front-desk staff was a little cold, but they were not rude. They seamed to just mean business.

They're good. So far I have found them to be reliable, available and knowledgeable. Their availability is good. I've never had an ophthalmologist who was on time and punctual. The effectiveness of their treatment is still questionable. The billing and administration is fine. I will use them again in the future.

He did a very thorough evaluation and did the surgery. I had good positive results. The staff is very professional and they operate on time. The appointments are on time. They seem o be knowledgeable and helpful.

Commonwealth Eyecare / Dr. Nabeel Khudairi
I did not wait long to see Dr. Khudairi.  I found him to be gracious and polite.   He prescribed what I needed and did not push high-priced materials.  He did recommend that I get anti-glare glasses for my driving since I do not see as well at night.  Dr. Khudairi was able to advise me concerning diseases of the eye as well as the body.  He is the best optometrist I ever went to.

I like him because he is very thorough. I don't feel like he is rushing me out the door. We had kind of an emergency thing that he didn't even look at it and they let my husband in which was good. He is very nice. I like the fact that I can ask him questions and he takes the time to answer them. I feel like he remembers me although I'm not sure if he really does. That's the feeling that he conveys is that he is very caring and wants to do the best by him. He wants me to be informed. The staff is fine. The office staff is other kind of preferable people and I'm not demeaning anything. When I walk in, it's a pleasant environment and it's clean. They are usually very helpful. I would recommend him. I had a lot of good dealing with him. I haven't marked for another replacement. They pushed my husband in there so I will rate them high on availability. If I'm going for annual eye checkup then I don't mind waiting a month or so. My husband called and got the appointment in next 7 days or so. I never had to deal with any after the fact as they process the insurance properly.

He was very pleasant and thorough and made some changes to a prescription that I had from a previous optometrist. My previous prescription was too strong and my vision was much improved with his changes. When it came to picking out glasses, he and his staff were very helpful and accommodating. He even offered to stay a little late if my wife wanted to come by after she got out of work to provide guidance. Eye glasses work great and my wife is now using him for her glasses and contact lenses with similarly positive comments.

Even though recommended I had repeated difficulty receiving a proper prescription for contacts. I've been wearing contacts for 30 years and therefore know a lot about them so I was a bit bothered by the "contact lens expert" behind the counter. After 6 months of fittings and lenses and going back and forth for different lenses I finally gave up. I found out after 6 months of struggling with inappropriate service that the "contact lens expert" was actually a hair dresser. That might have explained why she knew nothing about lenses. I was so upset about the months of time I wasted, the inappropriate fittings and lenses, the runaround and not being able to speak additionally to the doctor, herself that I finally went to another doctor who in 30 minutes and one visit fitted me properly with the exact lens I needed.

    Frangieh, Dr. George T
AVOID this opthalmologist at all cost and ignore the previous reviews, which almost solely addressed his bedside manner, not his knowledge and skills, not his lack of respecting the valuable time of his patients nor the results he produced. The doctor had me waiting almost an hour over the scheduld time, so he was late. Next he did not first seem himself, but a technician looked at my eyes and measured and tested them for 15 minutes. Next I was moved to a different room where I waited again for the doctor, who then came in his expensive three piece suit and he talked with me and looked at my eyes for about 3 minutes. Dr Frangieh concluded I needed 1/2 extra on my good eyeand nothing on my bad eye. I pointed out that it was strange that my eyes deteriorated so quickly just a mere 1 1/2 year afterr the prevuiou prescription and I also said that it was odd that my good eye would have to be corrected so drastically. He attributed that to age and did not find antything strange in it. How wrong he turned out to be. I also asked him if there was a way to apply laser surgery to correct my lazy right eye. He said that he would only do that if I woudl have cataract so at old age, not at my age. I found it odd, since many younger people than I have had laser corrections of their eyes done successfully, but did not question his information and laser related knowledge further for lack of ready information. Then I was again left in the waiting room, as Dr Frangieh had to take time to produce the prescription. A little later he gave me the prescription, which I took to my own optician. The optician had new glasses made. When they arrived, it turned out that Dr Frangieh had no business prescribing me stronger glasses. The prescribed glasses only made my vision worse not better. The old glasses were actually the right ones. My old glasses just needed some adjusting in height so I would look at the right angle. Dr Frangieh and his technician failed to notice that the problem of lesser vision was probably just a 'glasses configuration' problem. I guess that is what a doctor does, who does not seem to care about his patients, just about getting a three piece suit paid for by rushing from 3 minute patient to 3 minute patient in order to collect a many dollars as possible.
