    They were unable to locate the part of my PS system that had failed, but they said they could fabricate one. I was worried about what this sort of custom work might cost, but it turned out they charged me less than what the official part would have cost. And they did a good job of cleaning off all the PS fluid that had sprayed all over the radiator.

    HIGH STREET EXPRESS SVC
    Had problems with car makers nth after purchasing. Brought it back a few times to have fixed (which we were charged for) and always had same problem within a month. Finally he said he would get me another car. When he got another car they wanted me to pay more money again. Took car back and now won't pass inspection until we spend more money on repairs. A $4500 car is now totaling about $7000

Center Auto Body made my post accident process painless and hassle free. Scheduling my repair for a time that worked for my schedule, taking care of the rental arrangement and following up with my insurance company was all handled in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. When I picked up my car as scheduled, the repaired damage on the rear bumper of my car was "Outstanding" "Looks Brand New" "It Looks Tremendous!" The attention to every detail is beyond any expectation for 100%. "It's Perfection!" If you need any Foreign or Domestic Body & Fender Work, Look No Further. The Team at Center Auto Body has the Customer Service, Experience and Workmanship Skills. It is the Only Body Shop I would use and recommend for any auto body work. "They will take good care of it" "Won't even know afterwards" "Only Body Shop I'd let do my car" It should be the only body shop for you.

    Central Buick GMC of Norwood
    Needed attention to the driver seat heater which they refused to touch for me to show them that the heat was not working. Told me that I should have taken the truck to where I purchased it if I was not satisfied. A followup with management first interrogated me on why I took the truck to Norwood and where did I live? Why is that pertinent? They told me directly that I didn't buy the truck there so they didn't give me priority service. GMC is supposed to provide quality professional service no matter where you take the truck. GMC Norwood acknowledged to me that I was not a priority. Even the customer phone service told me that they have no control over their independent dealerships. So be warned when buying from GMC or using their independent dealers. By the way, Swanson GMC Acton was great. They diagnosed the seat heater as broken with a heat gun (IR) and they are fixing Friday. I will NEVER use GMC Norwood again and will be very resistant to buying anything from GMC.

    Nice but incompetent. Went to them with 3 problems (check engine light, burning smell and stiff brakes). Three visits and $2000 later, I still had the same 3 problems. Took it to another mechanic who quickly fixed all three problems. Even the routine maintenance work Larin did (muffler) had to be redone because they didn't take the time to hang it properly by fitting it into the designed slot. Thank goodness I didn't let them do the repair the third time (for another $600) as what they cited as the issues turned out not to be the problem(s). What also made me lose confidence (in addition to the fact that it was my third visit for the same problems and each time they proposed replacing something different) was that the last time I went, they said it was a completely new problem that wasn't there the prior visit despite it giving identical symptoms that never went away. Although it is possible, it seems unlikely (and really unlikely for all of the issues). I understand tracking down car problems can be difficult I am okay with them not getting a diagnosis right the first time, but I'd feel better if they recognized that they probably missed it and were just honest about it. I see that a lot of positive reviews about Larin automotive on other sites from people who worked with the owner, Victor. He was not involved with my car. But by the time a customer brings the car back a third time for the same issues, you'd think the owner would want to be involved. They came highly recommended to me from a friend, and she suggested that maybe they had grown too quickly and the mechanics that were being hired might not be as good as Victor. But I don't really know. On the plus side, they were really good about getting me in quickly, offering me a loaner car when the repairs took longer than expected and communicating what they thought was wrong with the car. Prices are lower than the dealers but on the high side. For the adjusting the brakes, they charged almost as much as the subsequent mechanic did to put in a full set of rear rotors and pads. But price wasn't the main issue. I just hope they get more competent mechanics, because in the end, you go to a shop to get your car fixed, not for the nice waiting room and friendly front desk.

    The bottom line is that Bezema sold us a defective car of which they already knew all of the defects, and kept this from us.  They also overcharged us for the doc prep fee, claiming that part of $500 fee would be given to the previous dealer owner of the car, as he wanted more than the price we agreed to to purchase the car.  In addition to the aforementioned issues, I had to constantly beg my salesman to get me a second remote to go along with the second key they gave me, and I am still waiting.  Every time I came to see Tony, he would always make one excuse or another as to why he did not have the key remote for me.
    On top of that, Tony would not have their body shop repair a crack in the front bumper, or a rear light, or even the obvious paining over of a rust area at the gas cap.
    I had to go to my own mechanic later to find out what was wrong with the air conditioner - as Bezema was no help - and he found out that the car had a leak in the compressor.  About this same time, the motor on the rear right window failed, so we were now looking at over $1100 in repairs for a car that we had in our possession less than six months.  Then sometime in August, I began to hear a loud noise in the exhaust, and found that the muffler had a huge gaping flap and there was also a good amount of rust on the muffler.  Cost to replace? another $700 - $800.  Once I have all these repairs done, this car will have cost me over $8500! Add another $1500 and I could have gotten a newer model GM car without all these condition issues
    In addition, as part of our original deal, the then sales manager, Dave Dupree, had given us 4 free oil change coupons to use on the Buick., and when I brought the car to redeem one of these coupons, on or about October 28, 2015,  after they wrote up my slip and had my keys, Bob Hamilton, the service manager, asked me point blank that since we were still in dispute with the Office of Consumer Affairs, he did not want to work on our car, and hence, not honor part of our original deal with Bezema.
    But don't take my word for it, do a thorough review of how other customers have fared with this dealership.
    I am waiting to take our next step as conditions allow.

    The last time I went for a tuneup they did not do my inspection which was due in two weeks so I ended up getting a ticket for that.

    There was no cost for the service as the tires were previously purchased from them. They are pretty prompt to respond to my concerns or my service needs. They are professional. They are courteous. They talk with the customers for a long time and I think that they come to know their customers well. They have a good rapport with their customers. They are kind of high for the price.

    I don't know what I'm doing when I look under the hood of a car, and need a trustworthy service person to help me sort out the flow of information without pushing unnecessary parts or procedures. With Clay Nissan service I get that trust and service.
    Every time it mattered, in cases of collision repair, or major services, Steve was always able to tell me which services and repairs are actually needed, and which I can push off. Steve never once pushed an unnecessary service or part, and always made sure I was happy with my car and with the service. Almost every time he calls me after a few days to make sure everything is working well, and that I am happy with the work.
    I've gone through 3 cars with Steve, and all of them performed flawlessly after being exclusively services at Clay, and every time it was time to trade, I always got unbelievable value for them, as they were in such exceptional condition.

    Valvoline Instant Oil Chance

    They are very customer service oriented. They are very personable. They are quick. You can go to them for windshield wiper changes, washer fluid and they will top off the oil when it is low. It is definitely worth what you pay for it. Sometimes I take my car to the dealer for work estimates. I always take it to Valvoline for second opinion. They are good for that, too.
