    ProLand Landscaping
This was a large job that took place in October/November 2018 and consisted of 4 retaining walls, two walkways, 3 sets of stairs varying in size, along with planting of trees/bushes, and re-leveling/re-seeding of the disturbed areas in the front of the house. The overall project came out good with a couple big issues and the the main reason I would not recommend this company. The job was paid for at the completion of the hard-scaping portion of the job and there was a contract written and signed by David Landry to come back and complete the landscaping portion of the job in the spring of 2019. This was to consist of the re-leveling of the disturbed area with loam as well as reseeding and the planting of bushes/plants. Additionally I would add the staircase that enters the house has uneven stair risers. After multiple phone calls and text, David Landry has avoided the calls and not responded to the voicemails or text message over the past month. I would not recommend not hiring this company unless you are looking for a job that is less than 100 percent.

    Lawn Dawg - Raynham

Lawn Dawg provides an outstanding service.  They take the guess work out of fertilizer treatments, and in addition, they provide a report at the end of each treatment on the conditions of the lawn and steps to take to care for it properly.  They test the soil as part of their service, and if you need it, they will apply lime or other treatments they recommend for a reasonable price.

We used Lawn Dawg probably going back 5 years ago or so, and by the end of the season, our lawn never looked better.  As a cost saving measure in our family budget, we decided not to renew with them for several years, but at the end of that hiatus, our lawn looked awful.  Last year was the first full year we used them again and our lawn really shows it received the care it needed, and we are signed up for this upcoming Spring for the entire year.  During the period of time we did not use them, we experienced grub damage which really made a mess out of our yard.  When we re-hired them, we had them apply grub control at the appropriate time (again, at a reasonable price) and we haven't had an issue with grubs since.

They are punctual, they give you ample notice of when they will be arriving, and other than your first appointment with them, you don't need to be home.

They use products that are better for the environment than others, and they are extremely knowledgeable and can always offer advise regarding lawn care and concerns you have.  We have several trouble areas in our lawn due to uncontrollable circumstances (a pool that we put up only during the summer months), which causes our grass to have bare patches.  They gave some seeding/watering/timing advise that really helped us get the grass to grow quicker and fuller than if we guessed on our own.

David did a great job cleaning my property. He is very professional, thorough, and detail oriented, I asked him to do a couple of extra things and he was more than happy to do so. The yard looked great after he was finished. I would highly recommend Dave and will definitely use him in the coming years.

David is always on time and doesn't wait until the very end to start plowing/shoveling the snow. He does a great job making sure all of the snow is removed from the driveway/walkways. He is very careful to not tear up the lawn too. His pricing is very competitive. I would highly recommend this company for snow removal. I will continue to use them going forward.

We had a long list of things that needed to get done, and Rick was a pleasure to work with.  He was very professional, polite, and always showed up for the job when he said he would.  We appreciate that he was very thorough in all of the projects he worked on, and was always very honest and upfront about the costs.  His completed work was top notch.  We highly recommend his services, and we would definitely call him again in the future.

When Adam had  first come to give me a quote, he was professional and personable. Adam had touched base to confirm his date to do the Fall Clean up. Adam and his crew did an awesome job with the fall cleanup, removing all the leaves from my property. I would use them again for any future needs.

First I contacted Dean who came to the house to assess the job.  He provided a very reasonable quote and a date when it could be completed.  This is what I like about Simora's service.  They respond very quickly to requests.  The crew showed up on time and ran into some problems with the clay the well drillers left behind.  They worked around the problem and finished the job on time and in budget.  I've very happy with the results and quality of work.  I've used Simora for several odd landscaping projects and they have always provided a good service for the price.

The lawn was mowed while I was at work. It was nice to come home and see that done. The job included trimming the edges. We have contracted for twice a month thru the summer and will decide on Fall cleanup as that time draws near.

Would love to be able to comment on how this vendor performed, but Phil wasn't even interested in considering the job, supposedly because the whopping 15 minute drive to our home (his estimate, not mine) made it impractical to work with us. Interestingly, he seems to have no problem driving well in excess of that to service the more affluent South Shore and suburbs West of Boston. He appears to do good work judging from the reviews on here, but if he's such a classist, I'd rather take my business elsewhere. His loss; I've spent more than $60K upgrading my $550K home in the last two years, and there's more that i want to do, but it will be with someone other than Simora.

I called When Simora Landscaping and a real person answered the phone.  I asked if they could help dig a trench for an electrical service and was told they have small tracked backhoe that was perfect for the job.  We arranged a time to meet to look over the job.  I was quoted a good price and we booked a time.  I marked the line where the trench was to go and they dug the trench exactly where I needed it.  I was impressed with the depth and straightness of the trench.  Some might think that this is not important, but try to dig a trench 18? to 24? deep and straight when you have rocks and roots to deal with.
A day later I received a call asking me if I was pleased with the work.  This was a good experience and I recommend Simora Landscaping.
