They came on the scheduled day. They called beforehand. They fixed the problem. They were in and out pretty fast.

    The service was excellent. I called and almost immediately got a call back asking for more information about my situation. I appreciated this as often many other service providers will just take basic information and show up and not have correct parts and need to bill for another service call. 
    They asked for and then assisted me in finding my model number. Then took the time to understand all the details before setting the appointment. This extra attention to detail resulted in the next day onsite at my home repair where the service technician Phil had everything he needed with him to fix my dishwasher.
    Phil was great and took care to keep the work area clean and even made sure that any removed screws from the appliance went back where they originated. He also disposed of any trash and left my home in the same condition as when he entered. 
    The price quoted was the same for the service call I received and the part needed was very reasonable.  I was also impressed during the payment process because they use the card processor Square, which provides an encrypted transaction for processing credit cards. In this day and age with rampant fraud, I was happy to see the extra attention to a secure transaction. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and probably will soon as my refrigerator is starting to go.

    I called in the morning. Gil returned my call within 45 minutes, was at my house 15 minutes later and fixed the fridge. The timing was lucky and I had a two hour turn around total! The first place I called scheduled me for the following week. Gil was professional, honest and advised me of my options.

    Contacted me the evening of Memorial day to let me know that they had selected my earliest date suggested in my reply to Mr. Appliance for the service to our washing machine, 5/26. They were here at 3pm to examine the washer and see if it really needed a pump or if it was just blocked. It needed a new pump, so they called in the model number and scheduled with me to come back out the next day to install it. They were very professional, down to putting plastic boot covers on their feet when entering the house. The entire diagnostic / installation of the pump might have been done in one visit if I were as responsive as they were in getting them a model number for the pump before they came on the 26th. Having the one visit also would have avoided some confusion that arose concerning the credit for part of the repair costs through my payment to Angies list.

    First, the delivery staff there are amazing.  They are so careful with your house, the appliance, taking out the old one, etc.  They were polite, and there wasn't even the tiniest scratch or ding anywhere.  A huge difference from another major appliance place I tried first. 
    The salesman was respectful, worked within what I wanted and my budget and helped find all rebates and sales available. 
    They also do their own repairs.  Haven't needed to use it yet, but that was another valuable service with this company as many major appliance places have outsourced their repairs.

    Our service tech was Joe.  I would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs.  His professionalism was evident when he placed covers over his shoes to keep things clean.  
    He was done within 30 min.
    He even checked out our broken dishwasher and was honest with us by telling us  it would probably cost the same amount as getting a new one when compared to fixing the old one.
    I even a military discount!  HOORAH!

    The service charges are all covered under warranty.  They send out three different people for the three gadgets.  Each one had a little repair to be done.  The stove was running a little hot and they calibrated it, so that it would not run hot any more.  The washing machine when it spins really fast it walks meaning that it would move so they had to figure out why it does that and the dryer was taking a long time to dry the clothes.  So when they opened it up they discovered that there was probably a whole bunch of drylin in the pipe.  Overall my experience with them was just average.  I will continue to use them in the future.
