    Bellows Funeral Chapel
They were fabulous. Bellows made a very difficult situation bearable. They were kind and caring from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Allan was professional, patient and kind every time we met. He was able to go back into old records (48 years ago) to find a casket similar to the one we had for our dad for our mom. Beyond words how grateful I am to have such a superlative business at one of life's most challenging times. They made it seamless and I am forever greatful.

It went fine. They were great. They were very helpful. We would recommend them. My brothers and I really liked them. We were from out of state going to Texas and my brother died. Before we even booked them they were really kind. They went into all the details about what our possibilities are. My brothers talked to them more than I did. My brothers told them that they made it all easy for them and unstressful during the sudden tragic death. They were very, very kind and very, very supportive. They were directing my brothers on all the different technicalities and not just during cremation but all about things having to do with death certificate, the process involved and the legalities. They just answered all the questions. The establishment was very, very nicely laid out. They had a nice urn room where we could buy urns or pick out woods. They have many different kinds of rooms for different things. It felt like I was in somebody’s home. It was very comfortable. There were rooms that we could have people in. Even though it was right near the highway, they used their space well. They had a nice little garden area outside which was uninspected. It was a small place but very personable and very homely. They made it very unstressful. We just had the cremation there. They spent so much time with us and explaining all the options etc. They weren’t business like. They were just very supportive of the whole process. The experience couldn’t have been better, excellent. The price was what we had expected. We don’t know how cremations go for but it seems it was cheaper than a funeral. I split it with my other 2 brothers. I suppose it was good. It seemed like a reasonable price for what they did. The quality was perfect. The manager came out when we picked up the urn when the cremation was over. That was very nice.

    Robinson Funeral Home
My Dad had passed away in January, 2013. I contacted Mark Robinson to help me with the funeral arrangements, right from the start he was very helpful and professional. He made a stressful and complicated situation run smoothly and was there for me and my family every step of the way. If I needed to speak with him about anything he was sure to get back to me in a short period of time. Mark knew I was unable to pay for their services immediately since my father's funds were tied up at the time. Mark made us feel comfortable about it and did not treat us any differently. I was able to pay the balance off a couple of months later and was never bothered for payment from them in the meantime.

Henry J Burke & Sons Funeral Home
Our experience was outstanding. We found the staff to be professional, sensitive, responsive, patient and helpful through the whole process. We also think the facility itself is beautfully decorated, clean and well planned. At a very difficult time for our family they were the best possible choice for us.

I spoke to four different providers including the two big ones in downtown Needham, and I was mortified at the type of sneaky tactics employed by them. Folsom was the only one who gave me a complete and detailed estimate of all costs, had me sign legal disclosures and didn't put any pressure on us at all. They were terrific during a very difficult time for my family.

They were pretty good. They saved some money for us. They did work with us to keep the cost down. They didn’t push things on us, which really didn’t need. They weren’t a heavy pressure. When it came to cemetery and stuff, they actually saved us some money, which was very good, it might have costed us more in the long run for certain things and they actually did help us to keep the price down. They were good.

My mother passed away (at a hotel) in Sturbridge, MA, while traveling from Maine to Maryland. The local medical examiner sent her body to the State's Chief Medical Examiner's Office since travelers fall under its jurisdiction. I found Casper Funeral Home's cremation services online and contacted them. They offer a flat rate cremation service that is economical but quite professional. We were able to take care of the arrangements by telephone, fax, and email. It was a very good experience given that going to Boston would have been a challenge. The medical examiner's office did require a relative to come to an identification. That was less than a good experience for the relative since the medical examiner's office showed only a very poor quality picture.

I don’t have to explain everything to them. They were very understanding, caring and I was happy with them. They took care of everything and they helped us through everything. They were right on the money and I used them 3 times.

    Brown & Hickey Funeral Home
They were extremely professional. I would highly recommend them. They are the people to go to. They are very good. If there was anything above and beyond an A, I would give that grade to them.

    Goldman-Fisher Funeral Service
Harvey Goldman is a very compassionate guy. He grew up with my dad. It's not often when you go to a funeral and the funeral director gives your mother a hug and kiss. He is like family. It is a very comfortable environment and we felt very comfortable having my father's funeral there. It is a Jewish funeral home. The price was reasonable.
