    Enjoy Homes Inc.
Wagner and his team did an awesome job performing landscaping services at our house. The work was high quality and at a very reasonable price. Wagner is also very easy to work with and accommodating. His team did an outstanding job on the weeding, mulching, and shrub trimmings. The front landscaping of the house looks amazing. he also did a very nice job installing pavers in the back. Would definitely use his company again and would highly recommend.

    NaturaLawn of America
Avoid their pitch for aeration and overseeding in the fall! Their seed spreaders spray the seed on the lawn but also in your landscaping beds that you will never get out!!! I've been battling their poor application of seed for 14 years until the thick grass choked out my beds and I had to replant the entire bed. See the pics of how it looked before seed, how much the grass took over and after being replanted this spring. After being a customer for 15 years and asking for some compensation for the expense and hours worked to replant the entire bed as a result of their poor application practices, their response was repeatedly "there's nothing I can do". They really DON'T value their customers despite their claims.

    Hawkeye Landscape Corp
Rich was fantastic, he patiently worked with me to adjust what I needed to the budget I had set aside and when he and his crew began the work, they were very meticulous about the work they did. The island of trees was thinned and the trees that were supposed to be there were now visible. The lawn was cut out and removed, new loam was applied and seed was added. If the lawn was not properly watered, the lawn would go back to a state of disrepair. Rich recognized this and designed and installed an above ground water sprinkler system (my town outlaws in-ground systems not connected to a well) that can be deployed and stored away in the winter. Since then, I've received a number of compliments from neighbors who have called the lawn 'amazing' and even commented about how much diligence and care the landscaper put into the effort as they watched them doing it. Rich and the Hawkeye team did a wonderful job and for the first time since moving into the house, I am finally looking forward to the spring to see my beautiful green lawn.

    Boston Lawnmower Co
I chose Boston Lawnmower for my snow thrower service and it was a big mistake. I called them in September and they told me that the process would take about a month. This would have meant that I would get my machine back in October, well before the first snow fall. After several weeks of not receiving a call to schedule service I called them, they told me it would be a few more weeks. They finally called me the week before thanksgiving to schedule my pickup. They picked it up and I assumed that it would be back in a couple weeks. After a few weeks went by I called to check the status. They told me that they hadn't even looked at it yet. But that it would be looked at by the end of the week. When they finally looked at it (2 months after my origional call to them) they told me that they didn't have a part that I needed and that they would need to order it. This means that my snow thrower sat there for weeks before they even looked at it and that now the part that I needed would take an additional week to come in so they could fix the unit. I asked to speak to the manager and some toothless guy told me that he wasn't in and that he would call me back... after hours of waiting I went down to the store because I felt like I was getting the run around. By the time I got down to the store it was close to 4 pm. When I got to the store they tried to calm me down by telling me that they would order the part first thing in the morning!! WHY DIDNT YOU ORDER THE PART THAT DAY!!! WHY WASN'T THE PART IN STOCK!! WHY DIDNT YOU LOOK AT MY MACHINE WHEN IT FIRST CAME IN SO YOU COULD HAVE ORDERED THE PART THEN! There was nothing I could do.... I had to take it up the rear and wait for them to actually do some work... They called me 7 days later to schedule the drop off saying that the earliest time they could deliver it was not for another 2 weeks because the truck was full!!! The guy on the other end of the phone obviously wasnt too bright and directed me to the manager. they eventually agreed that they could put it on the truck that week. During the time that my snow thrower was serviced I had to pay $200 for an emergency snow plow. Couple that with the ridiculously expensive service, I could have went to Lowes and bought a whole new machine!! All in all this place is terrible and I will be going to Robinsons from here on out!

    RJ Services Inc.
Rich and his crew are outstanding. They arrived right on time and each member of the team was introduced to me. I liked the fact that Rich took the time to make me and his team comfortable. The work they did could not have been better! It was a large and messy cleanup of almost an acre of property. They did everything perfectly and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page throughout the day. I am so happy that I hired RJ Services. His professionalism and work ethic are exceptional. He is a gem to work with and a true gentleman. In this world, when you find someone like Rich, who takes such pride in his work and his team, it is a rare & wonderful surprise! I am hiring RJ Services for some major landscape work and design. I know I am hiring the BEST!!!!!!

    The Veron Company
I set up an appointment with The Veron Company for 9 am to 12 noon time slot. On the day of the appointment no one had arrived by 1155 am so I called to make sure they were coming. The company representative told me that "they just left so I assume they are on your way to your house" which is 10 minutes from their office. One hour later at 1255 pm no one had arrived so I called and cancelled the appointment. This is not the first time that they failed to show for an appointment.

    R&D Tree Services
They came with heavy equipment including a bucket truck, a log truck, and another truck pulling a chipper. Everybody worked efficiently and professionally - all nice guys who were friendly, answering all my questions. They put plywood to protect the lawn from truck tires. I highly recommend them to anyone.

    NEW ENGLAND TREE MASTERS
The service as described below was not performed as promised by vendor. 7/15/15: received estimate of work to remove 2 pine, 1 apple tree, grind stumps for removed trees, remove lower limbs from oak at my home. Confirmed they would chase/grind roots above ground leading from pines. 8/10-12/15: Scheduled work. Spoke to owner Luis Guttierres on phone to confirm depth of grinding and if roots would be taken care of. He told me roots would be ground up if workers knew which roots to grind. Owner said machine would grind down at least 12 inches down. 8/13/15: Work performed by vendor. All seemed well when workers left property. Grindings covered job site. 9/5/15: Cleared grindings from work area. Revealed that grinding of pine stumps and roots was not performed as promised. The roots that were noted to workers were partially done but not completed. Portions of stump and noted roots are visible above ground level. Don't think there was confusion about what was to be done. Issue is job was not finished. 9/14/15: Asked for advice of general contractor doing some work at house. I'm a homeowner. Contractor confirmed my opinion that job was not finished and I should contact vendor. Made many calls in Sept and Oct to vendor, spoke to Thais and Viviane Guitteres requesting vendor send someone to remedy issue. Vendor agreed to remedy situation (finish job in their words), said they scheduled workers to come to house on three different occasions but workers never came. Last call made 10/6/15 requesting to speak to Vivianne or Luis, Vivianne returned call same day and said someone would be at house afternoon of 10/6/15. Nobody came.
We have expended considerable time and energy clearing area to show vendor problem, making calls, waiting at home for vendor. Lawn still needs to be landscaped and seeded.
If you chose this vendor definitely don't pay cash.

Outstanding!  They showed up and completed work on time.  Estimate was for 1/2 day of services.  They worked every minute plus cleared away my brush pile.  I highly recommend R&D Tree Service.
