    Erb, Dr. Maribeth
    I find Dr. Erb patient, thorough and warm. Some of the staff/technicians who take the initial info while friendly, have felt 'fake' or talk in a 'sing-songy' voice like some people do to children--which I find annoying. The waiting room can get very crowded. Despite the mixed overall experience, my experience with Dr. Erb directly outweighs the rest.

    The optometrist was great! He got me all set up for the right glasses and was kind and personable. The staff in the store was helpful and let me spend a REALLY long time (past closing) picking out the right frames!

    I arrived exactly on time, and the receptionist verified my insurance information. It was only a few minutes later that my name was called and they brought me back for the preliminary tests. An associate brought me into a small exam room to have me read an eye chart with a black thing covering each eye, one at a time. She then took me out to a machine to check my eye's focus (I guess). She took my history, medications, and any health issues I may have been experiencing, including change in vision. She was very nice, polite, and friendly. Following this I was brought to an internal waiting area, where I had to wait to see the doctor. It took a long time. When it was all said and done, my appointment was at 3:30, and I didn't get done until after 4:30pm. I went to check out, and the receptionist told me that the accounts/books had been closed for the day and that she would need to write down my credit card information, and enter it the following day. I thought it odd that knowing they still had patients in the building that they would close out their accounts, but there wasn't much I could do. She told me she would enter it the following day, and she gave me the option to have a receipt mailed to me which I accepted. Other than that, and the wait time, I had a positive experience, and will continue to return. I would also recommend this practice to anyone who was in need of eye services. They have an optical shop there, but I've never used it, because I simply get my prescription and order my contact lenses online. It appears that the optical shop may be its own enterprise even though it is within the office.

    He is not just a standard eye doctor but he is creative. My husband's problem was complicated and he came up with a solution which worked very well for him. It was a combination of contacts and glasses. I thought he was very confident.

    I have seen Dr. Andrew Maciaczek for my exams and my wife has seen both him and Dr. Kim McGillicuddy. Both have provided great exams, with Dr. Maciaczek catching an on-going issue with my vision that previous doctors had missed. They are open late on at least one evening per work week, which is really nice. We don't have to miss work this way and it is much appreciated. The waiting room isn't much to speak of and isn't overly comfortable, but I'll put up with it to continue to see them.

    Went to get perscription glasses filled, Jeff was welcoming and curteous. He takes all the time you need to fit frames properly and comes up with ideas to fit the individual. Everyhting was exactly how he described ontime and perfect. Could not ask for more on the technical side.

    The exam went well and I felt was thorough.  However, it was when I went to actually get glasses that it went south.  After seeing their limited selection, I opted to see some frame selections in another location.  Convinced that Ringenbach's selection would suffice I returned.  I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes listening to the receptionist talk about whether she should wear heels with her new dress or not, and not once did she ask to help me.  Finally, another person who worked there told me to "just go on in", there were two women there working.  When I went into the other room, both women were already working with other patients.  At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere.

    I like him a lot. I have been seeing him for 20 years. My whole family goes to him. I like everyone in the office, and he is very professional. Dr Bleiman is considered to be one of the best in the area. He is usually available, and there isn't much of a wait. I'll continue to see him in the future.

    and the most Jeff Bostian is a skilled optician who takes a lot of care to help you select frames and fit them properly. He is friendly and helpful and very professional. i have always had a very good experience from start to finish as has my husband who has also used his services.When he gives advice as to what frame or lens is best, it is without regard for his profit and all in the customer's best interest.

    The waiting room wait time was less than fifteen minutes when a technician interviewed me. To further cut down on time, the technician had the optometrist there give me eye drops, to keep things moving along. When my eyes were dilated, Dr. Hubbe, the opthamologist examined me for 20-30 minutes with several high-tech machines. He was extremely thorough, answered all my questions, told me I was okay, but was very clear about possible future symptoms to watch for so that I would call the practice day or night. My situation wasn't an emergency after all, but the practice treated it as such when I called, so I'm very grateful and extremely impressed. I think Dr. Hubbe is very knowledgeable, and I've now recommended him to my husband who also needs an eye doc. I don't know about any of the other doctors there, but I feel the staff I dealt with was great--efficient and supportive.
