    Kyle Prevost Licensed Electrician LLC
Kyle was incredibly responsive and professional. He showed up on time for the quote and service call within just a few days of my request. He worked hard for hours in our very hot upstairs space on a 90 degree day and is obviously good at what he does. We had other workers in the house moving a large desk top and he even paused his work to give them a hand. I highly recommend Kyle and will definitely hire him again.

    Your Tech
I have been a home owner for decades, have been involved in gut-rehabs to building new homes. This was one of my best customer service experiences to date. I had a lite touch system that failed over a year ago in a 10k square foot home with a hydronic radiant heating system. rewiring was not an option. I have contacted dozens of professionals for either repair or replacement. I received quotes that were either unreasonable or solutions that were cumbersome, i.e. using battery powered devices and unreliable technology. Clayton immediately identified the issue and recommended a reasonably priced replacement. I spoke to him and he came onsite from Florida to Massachusetts the following day. He arranged for local subs to be onsite and directed and coordinated all of their work. I lost the lighting map so he helped to rediscover the wiring. He ordered parts and had them delivered to the site. Within three days of my call the lights were back on. The new system is a significant upgrade in functionality and reliability. Clayton spent a significant amount of time with me making sure I understood the system well enough to fly on my own, but also informed me of remote assessment and repair options should any failures arise. Clayton took care of every detail. I was very impressed by how fast yet thorough he was in his work. He was able to trouble shoot onsite and come up with smart solutions. There was very little impact by his onsite presence and work in our day-to-day routine. My wife who works from home was able to do so without any interruption. I would highly recommend Your Tech and Clayton Varner for any project.

    Paciorek Electric Inc
Excellent service. Hired a designer who came in from out of town to work on a complex replacement of an old lite touch system with a Lutron system. This was a complex project and required onsite problem solving. Paciorek served as the local electrician and installed the components and switches. They were available on very short notice arrived on the job and performed exceptionally. Very polite and courteous. Very satisfied with final product.

    Paciorek Electric Inc
My appointment was early in the morning and Jess the technician, showed up on time. I reviewed the work that needed to be done, and Jess went right to business. Jess replaced wiring that was old because of the need of a ground wire with switch. In addition, Jess replaced the light switch with a timer, installed the fan, changed the duct work with an insulated duct, replaced the 1955 light with a 7" round watt LED light fixture. (love it) The only dilemma that we experienced was the fan was delivered by the supplier to my house, but the electrician did not bill the 1.00-hour time in waiting, I recommend using Paciorek Eclectic Inc. and will need more work done to my home. My experience was great and love the new Panasonic fan because the fan is very quiet. I am glad that someone else could climb up to my attic and perform the work. Again, I recommend hiring Paciorek Electric. Have a nice day.

    STEVEN KEYES ELECTRIC
Electrician drilled a hole in living room closet wall to connect an orange wire to junction box, and carried the wire through the house, holding it up with black bag ties, to the dryer outlet at the opposite end of the house. It looks disgusting. He is not professional at all.

    STEVEN KEYES ELECTRIC
Horrible. He hung an orange wire from the junction box in the living room closet all the way through the apartment, hung with black bag ties. He damaged the wall in the closet. It's disgusting he calls himself a professional.

    Electrical Experts
Though their office was a bit slow to connect with us initially, when the "A-Team" arrived they were professional and did what the job demanded. We now feel confident that the job was done correctly and we can check this update off our list!

    Adams A+ Electric
I called Adams A+ Electric and, after a somewhat disjointed conversation with Richard Adams about live, San Francisco, and a mutual interest, he agreed to stop by the house for a job appraisal. As promised, he arrived on time that evening and did his walkthrough. Richard advised me to make a couple of calls to check on previous work on the property and I did so the next day. I emailed him the pertinent info about who had done the previous electrical work as promised. He then said he knew and trusted the previous contractor and he'd get back to me. I waited several days and heard nothing. Worried, I then called him and asked what was what with our looming job. He hemmed and sputtered and said he was somewhat busy. I asked if he still wanted the job and he answered that he did. He agreed to call me about the actual work date during the final week in November. I asked if I needed to "remind" him and Richard answered that I didn't have to do that and that he would place a "large sticky note" as a reminder for himself ... That phone call was the last time I heard from him. Needless to say, we are disgusted to be treated in such a shabby fashion and will never ever use Adams A+ Electric for anything. And, yes, we have hired another electrician.

    Better Built Basements LLC
my initial plan for the basement was a toilet and sink but what I received was a beautiful, to my specifications, powder room that I am very pleased with. considering the amount of work involved in digging up the basement floor and building this from scratch, this went very smoothly with a beautiful bathroom in the end. the upstairs (main floor) bathroom is small but now has the look of a spa so I no longer have to apologize to people that the bathroom is "under construction" when they ask to use it. I received a note about how the main bathroom would progress--tear down, re-place wall, tile, etc. BBB stuck to the plan so I knew who was coming and what was being done. the workmen were all timely, polite, considerate of my cats, courteous to the family members, pleasant to talk to, readily answered questions, and professional. they always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I could not be happier with my end results as well as the journey to get there. for my first remodeling experience, I am pleased it went so well and would not hesitate to recommend BBB to my friends and would definitely use them again with no hesitation

    Northeast Solar
Great! Their sales rep (Zach) is very knowledgeable and responsive, answered all our questions. When we signed up we were assured of a installation time (several months out) that would just get us in under the wire for the SREC-II program. We were concerned about meeting the schedule (as contractors seem to be always late in when they can actually get to you), but they made it on time, actually a week or two ahead. We liked that N.E. Solar was thorough and perhaps even a bit conservative, not overpromising about what they could deliver in terms of technology or timing. Overall we've been impressed, and they've stayed responsive to our questions since then. It's been about 4 months since it's gone into service, and we're happy seeing $0.00 due on our electric bills.
