I have been bringing my car to Andy since 2013. He doesn't advertise and I had an emergency on a Saturday morning and he was the last non-dealership place I tried in the phone book. He actually answered, although he said he doesn't usually on Saturday and he was so kind to let me bring it to him that day. It turns out that a mouse had chewed things under the car causing issues. I have never had any problems with his work since, I trust that his prices are fair, and it is so convenient that he is a 5-min walk from the Reading train station.

AmeriFreight was able to sub out the transportation of my wife's car after a repair made over 400 miles from home. Our car broke down in Pennsylvania en route to Massachusetts on a Sunday we had AAA tow it to Pep Boys. When Pep Boys needed extra time to get the parts we had to rent a car and drive home. The total cost charged by AmeriFreight was in the ball park of our estimate of what it would cost for gas (two ways with one car, one way with the transported vehicle), restaurants and a motel for a night. AmeriFreight was very professional contacting me and keeping me in the loop. We found many other companies who offered to transport the car, but their reviews did not instill confidence. The car was ready to be picked up at any time and GA Transport (who was subbed out to pick up the car) contacted me to ask if they could pick it up early. The delivery was made on time to an alternate location we decided on for ease of parking the truck

I absolutely love it. If it's not right, he takes it back and does it again until it's right. It was a bid job and they did a wonderful job. Also, the price was reasonable. The customer service was wonderful, the owner was the main mechanic and he personally worked on my car. Another thing I like about him is that I think he forgot to program the keys again afterwards and so he came to the house to do that. He was very apologetic about it because he just wants to do a good job. He's the only person I'm going to.

Purchased a used Porsche Cayenne.  It had a vibration as well as some other small issues.  Promised vibration would be fixed 3 times and has not been.  Discovered car has snow tires on it and they claim flat spots.  Asked for new tires but was told no.  Have to spend another $2000 out of my pocket now.
Also discovered 60,000 dollar car was in an accident and bumper has poor repair work, over spray in engine bay and paint on lights etc.  The car was an auction car I later found out, not a trade in so not sure now of any cheap repairs that may have been done.  Possibly explains the snow tires that are no good over 50F and have poor handling.

They went over the whole car, I asked them to check fluids, etc.
They actually tested the fluids and said they did not need to be flushed.
Did an oil change, recommended new spark plugs and wires.
Rebalanced tires to solve my vibration.
I like how they tell you what needs to be done, what can wait and what is a waste of money.  The come across as honest folks not just following published specs of what to do, but use their brains.
    Highly recomend.

AWESOME!  I have never met an auto service provider that I truly trusted, I trust Weaver's.  Honest, friendly and a great sense of integrity
They have run a diagnostic check on my ignition because my push start wouldn't work they found the code to fix it, which would have cost me a couple hundred at KIA.
John has fixed  flat tires for me even when I have showed unannounced.
I have my oil done at Weavers every few months- faster and cheaper then dealership and drive through oil places. They winterize my cars for me, which with 2 kids it is important to have a safe prepared car for winter.
Lastly great place to get your AC working correctly and gassed up.

I was at the Honda dealership the day before and they gave me the estimate of $1500 to replace the whole exhaust and that's the after market price. After talking to a few coworkers and friends, two of them told me to check out Lou's custom exhaust. So I went there. Unlikely most other garage, they are friendly and professional. And they are fast in action. Without any wait, they performed the diagnostics in front of my eyes and gave me estimate of $450 for labor and materials. I had to ask again disbelieving the price. My car is 11 years old so non-genuine parts don't bother me too much and I was in a hurry to get it done. If I'm not hurry, I figure I can buy the genuine converter and ask them to weld it on.
The dirty office doesn't bother me either. Walmart is nearby so after I finished my shopping my car is already ready for me.

What I like about them is they just would not do anything that you do not need. They are a little pricey. You might be able to find another place where it is a little cheaper but as far as knowing someone is going to do a good job, I think they are worth it for what they charge.

When I took in my car for the catalytic converter, he had it there for a good while.  He took it out for a drive and then diagnosed the problem.  He described that the problem was not something that needed to be taken care of immediately and told me to bring it back later.  This visit was no charge!  I took my car in later to have the catalytic converter replaced. The cost was very inexpensive.  There is often no charge for minor things.  They are honest people who do a good job.  They are not in the business to make a ton of money.

Our auto insurer directed us to JNP when road debris flew up & cracked the windshield. JNP set up the appointment within 30 minutes, and the on-site repair techs arrived in Waltham within the window of time (10am-4pm) specified. It was very efficient - I just met them at the car & signed to authorize the work, and they were finished in under an hour. The quality of the work appears to be great - no leaks, and they replaced the state inspection sticker.
