    Bob showed up on time and even called when he was on his way. I love folks who are courteous and respectful of my time. So many times when I have had repair folks to my home, they don't show the same care. Bob repaired our freezer and the cost was reasonable. We had other repair folks in the past who were not able to solve the problem and cost much more. He gave some maintenance tips which I found helpful and was really pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend and plan to use in the future for any other appliance repairs.

    Great! I like to know what is going on, and often because I am a woman I get talked down to. Phil was more than willing to show me what he was doing and why. That right there gets him great marks in my book! The part arrived for the washing machine today. We installed it ourselves and we are back up and running.

    Looked at the stove and just indicated it needed a new burner.  Indicated would need to get paid for the parts (no problem, just overpriced the part) and the return service.  Was expecting the return service was part of the original deal.  So between the high quote for the material and the cost for the service, ended up just taking the advice and buying and replacing the burner myself.

    iagnosed problem with Refrigerator Ice Maker, provided a quote for the repair, and ordered the parts that were needed.
    Bill called with time frame needed to get the parts, set up a date and time to do the repair,and showed up at the arranged date and time. He promptly made the repair and tested it's function.Overall it was a positive experience.

    bill, went right to the problem, knowing appliances since 9 yrs old. fixed right away, stayed and let me clean behind fridge and kept checking the ice water to make sure all  was working before he left. I am quite fussy and was surprisingly happy with mr carter. I will certainly use him in the future. I just joined angies list and this first experience was well worth the price.

    I have a 2& 1/2 year old Kenmore Elite dishwasher which stopped working. I had contacted a few other repair men and much to my chagrin discovered alot of repair people will not work on Kenmore products. I contacted Ken's Appliance repair and he assured me he could work on Kenmore Elite products. We scheduled a date and time. He called about 1 hour before the scheduled appointment to confirm. He arrived at my home exactly on time. True to his word he had the dishwasher working in less than an half an hour. He ran it through a series of tests to be certain it was repaired. He charged me only the service call charge and a small amount of labor which was incredibly reasonable. I will defintely hire Ken's Appliance repair again if needed and recommend him to family and friends..

    Not long after purchasing our house (drier came with it), the drier stopped heating. I could tell the burner was not lighting, but I knew nothing of the history of the appliance. I found Peter De's completely randomly online. He was able to come that day. In fact, it was only about a 3 hour wait. I had expected to wait DAYS. I actually had a blast with the whole process. The two brothers showed up, after calling from the road for confirmation and directions and promptly got to work on the unsuspecting appliance. In a whirlwind of activity, they divided the duties between them, one dismantling the drier while the other brought in the gear. Before long they had identified a defective valve and the unit was running. They also discovered considerable amounts of lint buildup and cleaned it all out. Starting at both ends (inside and outside), they thoroughly vaccuumed every bit of lint, retstoring my drier to a new-like and safe state. I was given the defective part and advised about the importance of keeping things lint free. It's been about 9 months now and the drier's worked perfectly since. Every time I clean the lint tray I glance down inside to see how it's doing. I couldn't have been more pleased with these two. It was really funny to watch them work together. Believe me when I tell you that you feel important when two guys are rushing around in a fury to get you back up to and running. They were very professional and most definitely knew what they were doing. I can only imagine how hard it is to be able to service hundreds of makes and models in ever changing product lineups. The fact that they had the control valve that I needed was also great.

    Many tries with GE service proved unsuccessful. Alex of Same Day Service corrected the problem He was pleasant, neat and determined to obtain a solution.I would use this company again with confidence. I feel their price was reasonable.

    I CALLED SAME DAY SERVICE'S DISPATCH & THEY SCHEDULED THE VISIT FOR THE NEXT EVENING. BRUCE WAS ON TIME, VERY NICE & KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE EVEN THREW IN A COUPLE MAINTENANCE ITEMS (BELTS, LEVELING) ALONG WITH THE JOB & FINISHED EVERYTHING IN UNDER 2 HOURS. FOR THE OVEN, SAME DAY CAME FIRST TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM & THEN ORDERED THE PART. A FEW WEEKS LATER THEY RETURNED & INSTALLED THE NEW PART. BOTH VISITS WERE BRIEF, THE REPAIRMEN WERE ON-TIME & PLEASANT AND THE OVEN WORKS LIKE NEW AGAIN. WE'D DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

    IN EARLY JANUARY, WE CONTACTED THE COMPANY, THEY CAME OUT, INDICATED WE NEEDED A PART THAT HAD TO BE ORDERED. WE GAVE A CHECK FOR PARTIAL PAYMENT AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS OF DELAYS, WE ASKED THAT THE ORDER BE CANCELLED, AND THAT OUR CHECK BE REFUNDED. HE COMMITTED TO REFUND OUR CHECK, BUT HAS FAILED TO DO SO.
