    Verizon Wireless
    They have been good to me. They could do better on packaging when they get as much business as I give them. I have 5 phones. They say they give good packaging but you never see it in your bill. My bill should not be as high as it is. Verizon does have quite a strong network in terms of reliability which most of the companies competing with them do not. I go to their store if I have to deal with a problem.

    The experience is pretty good. They keep bugging me to get a new phone so I will have to sign a new contract. Their service is good. The overall experience is good. I think their price is high, but their coverage is good and that is why I keep them.

    It is the only carrier that I can get a signal under my house. If I had another choice, I would not use them again, but I do not have another choice. I have had bad customer service experiences with them. I have had to go through layers of trying to get people to respond. So, that could be better. I feel like I have been overcharged in the sale like they asked me if I did not understand that and say that of course there was an extra charge. I just feel like they are sneaky about charges. They are not fully disclosing it.

    I had a choice of  Dish, Verizion, and Comcast for internet service.  I selected Comcast because Verizion is too slow.  When I switched from Verizon to Comcast, Comcast blew out my security system.  They told me it was my fault, because I didn't read the directions.  I also complained about the cell service.  It takes forever for them to connect, but the people they send out are very nice.

    I purchased a Blackberry Curve in Sept.09. The phone stopped working in Jan. 2010. So they sent me 'like new' replacement phone. One month later that phone stopped working. I sent that one back and got another 'like new' replacement. That one stopped working as well. I called them and said I want a NEW phone or my money back. Neither of which they will do. Under my current contract my phone is under warranty but they refuse to give me a new phone! I am on my third 'like new replacement 'phone and that one is also exhibiting the same symptoms as the others. They are again mailing me another 'like new replacement ' phone! They told me that I wasn't eligible for a new Blackberry until Sept 2010. This is my business phone and I am missing calls and e-mails, all of which are part of my livelihood. I cannot go on for the next 5 months with this situation. My other option is to pay them $200.00 to get out of my contract. This is the poorest customer service I have ever gotten from a phone company.
