    We are first time home owners and a month into living in our new home our furnace went. We were stressed and overwhelmed to say the least. It was important to us that the company we wanted to work with is Veteran owned and so we came across Affordable Heat & Air. Bryan was a wealth of knowledge and came out right away with Jimmy to assess our situation and discuss with us in great length what we needed, didn���t need, and what the entire process would be in a manner that wasn���t overwhelming to us. It was a big job. Jimmy showed up Monday morning with Jose and they took down and replaced all of the old duct work that wasn���t efficient, replaced our furnace with a brand new one, added a humidifier, and central ac. Eliminated a few returns that weren���t efficient and added a couple to make it more efficient since efficiency is very important to us. They finished the entire job in 4 days. They were so professional and so tidy. I highly recommend Affordable heat and air to anyone who needs hvac services in a timely manner.

    Unique Indoor Comfort are, point black, fantastic. They are timely, skilled, great communicators, hard workers, and awesome partners to work with on a project. Our head technician, Johnathan, was especially fantastic - I could not recommend him more highly for HVAC services. The owner Steve was thorough and personally oversaw the beginning and end to the project to ensure my wife and I were satisfied with the quality of the work being done. When the capacitor of our previously existing A/C blew on a 95 degree day a few days ago, Steve personally came to the house and got us back up and running the SAME day. Fantastic relationship manager and great guy all around. You will not be disappointed going with Unique Indoor Comfort! They do it right start to finish.

    Milltown Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, & Drain Cleaning
    My whole experience in dealing with Milltown was nothing but pleasurable. Their office staff are so professional and courteous. They were very accommodating to my scheduling needs, and even called a half hour before their actual arrival. My air conditioning unit is a bit old and it needed more than just a tune-up unfortunately. The servicer was very helpful in letting me know exactly what was wrong and how I he could fixed it and keep the cost down. He also showed me things about the air conditioning unit that I could do on my own to keep it running efficiently. I was very happy with everything Milltown Plumbing did for me and I would highly recommend there services.

    The workers got an A, the back office gets an C, so that averages out. The technical work was excellent, the follow through with the back office, was like a musical. The work took two to three days work. Half a day each. The area was left in excellent condition.

    For their big deals, they are very good. I bring them in about twice a year. Once for the heating system, and once for the air conditioning system. That's well worth it. Top notch quality. Overall, they lose marks on the responsiveness, than on the deals. I think they are spot on, either they are on time, or they will make an update. Can't ask any better than that. The workers that come out are excellent, its the back office that doesn't do so well. The cleaning took about an hour. The area was left very good.

    That went fine during the insulation their van actually backed into a post that was holding up our post. So that was an honest mistake and nothing was really resolved from that.  You can’t tell if there was really damage but now that is had been like three years you a can tell that they did do some damage to the post. At the time there was there wasn’t anything that we did about it because we weren’t really clear about what was going on. The fact is it did happen and the overall instillation went absolutely fine. They were on time professional and there was no issue other than the post. They came out to do a service and that went fine. We then called them out because the machine stopped working and the technician was super professional and he came out and did all the work. I don’t think they can do anything to improve their service and they’ve always been professional and responsive.   It’s just every time they’ve come out to do something it seems like some weird little ting happen that isn’t related to the service or what they provide but it’s tied to them so I just have thing weird feeling around them. I would still call them out because the work they’ve done has been great.

    (I spent 20 minutes typing this before. I'm NOT redoing the complete version!) : ( Been a gas customer for 25+ Years!! 2nd time I called for help with Anything! Even Supervisors were Ridiculous and Rude!! I'm expected to be Off from Work - by the phone for a period of 16 to 24 Hours!! I shut off gas a a precaution to refinish kitchen floor. I got chewed out several times over the phone for doing this safety precaution. Was told if I didn't like taking a day off and having calls in the middle of the night for a 15 minute turn back on - "I" should call and Hire a plumber to turn it on. I spoke with about 6 people - and they all Need therapy. Rude - Ridiculous - Unreasonable!! I asked a couple of them for Their home numbers - said I wanted to call Them at Midnight to talk about a gas appointment. - Somehow - they found that to be outrageous. I can see why people would switch Back to using OIL.

    The crew from SWAT HVAC was always professional, prompt, clean and worked hard to ensure that the disruption in our home was at a minimum. I honestly have a new found respect for people who work in HVAC based on what they had to do to get that system installed in our attic during the dead heat of July. They got that system installed faster than we had anticipated so that we could finally get rid of our noisy and efficient window units, so we were thrilled. We had heard that John Manetta, the owner, was a great guy to do business with and we weren't disappointed. Have since referred him to other people we know who were in the market for AC installations or needed service for their existing heating and air conditioning services.

    The service guy, the son, promised us a cheaper price, but low and behold the owner marked it up $300. Then they played stupid about the price quote. So we payed the bill but won't use them again. I'm not a fan of dishonesty or being treated like liars.
