    Great, Bob did a fantastic job and the car drives perfect. 
    He had to drop the strut rod, cut out the rusted frame, fabricate a new piece, weld it in perfectly because it effects the cars alignment, and then bolt back on the strut rod horn, and replaced the old strut rod.

    Prompt, professional, and as promised. I pass Imperial Auto daily on the way to work and stopped in to get an estimate to repair some minor damage to my car. Darek provided me a very detailed, no-pressure estimate, in writing, with a maximum probable cost of $1560. He told me the repairs would take about a week. He also took the time to review cost-saving options with me; this was important to me since I was paying for the damage out-of-pocket. I got two more estimates from other auto body shops, each for about the same amount. In the end, I chose Imperial Auto because I liked Darek's professional, engaging, and trustworthy demeanor, and I also noted a few positive reviews on Yelp for his business.
    I can't really express enough how pleased I am with the work Imperial Auto did. Not only did Darek fix my car three days ahead of schedule; he also came in 10% under budget with the cost. Again, this was key to me since I was paying the costs out of pocket. The repairs look great, and Darek worked hard to accomodate my schedule, both with the drop-off of my vehicle, and the pick-up. He even offered to come in during non-office hours to meet me.
    Autobody repairs isn't a service I hope to need very often, but if I do need these services again, I would go to Imperial Auto. They made the tough experience of repairing auto body damage almost pleasant, or about as pleasant as it could have been. Thanks Darek and Imperial Auto!

    New England Collision Service Center Inc
    I contacted Ed - who manages New England Collision & Service Center. I found him to be very knowledgeable, courteous and reasonable. My was was not registered or insured at the time (I had just purchased it) - and this auto body repair center made arraignments to get it to and from their shop.
    Things were straight forward and as promised -which leaves me with a simply review to leave.
    My car was repaired on time. The work looks Great!!
    And the final cost was just a tad Less than Ed quoted!! : )
    Every business should be so friendly, professional, courteous and trustworthy.
    Thanks so much!! When I have a need for auto body work - I will absolutely call New England Collision & Service Center first!

    New England Frame
    par- I'm offering several situations with New England Frame here in several sections:
    Approx
    1992 - my then girlfriend (we) hired New England Frame to replace the
    rear-frame of her Monte Carlo. Bob Anderson (primary frame person at
    this business since 1970). Bob did an outstanding job - I think it was
    about $2,500 back then.
    1993 - Then she (we) bought a newer Monte
    Carlo - a recovered theft - with a ruined steering coll-om. Charlie owns
    NE Frame and his son 'JR' did this work. It turned out great. (I don't
    recall the price)
    1993 - Then she hired 'JR' to repair the A/C -
    he found a leak - claimed to have fixed it and charged it with freon. It
    didn't hold long (like 3 weeks). She went back - but NE Frame refused
    to stand behind the work - and also refused to refund the money. They
    actually yelled at us - and told us to leave.
    Nov 2012 - my car was struck by another vehicle - and I decided to give them another try.
    I met Tyler - who was initially extra nice and popped out most of a dent
    in a few minutes - allowing me to open and close my driver's door. I gave him a small tip for doing this.
    Dec 2012 - I started to attempt to connect with 'Tyler' - to get a price to repair and paint my damaged car. This didn't just go on for weeks - it went on for several months.  Tyler showed me a car (different color) but a twin of mine -  behind their shop - with most of the parts needed to restore my car.
    Jan 2013 - Finally Tyler connected with the shop owner 'Charlie' - and said these parts Were available - but no price.
    Feb 2013 - Tyler seemed unhappy about my occasional inquiry about the price of these parts. - He added that the soonest they could work on my car 'Might' be May. - That I might want to go 'else where'. ---- So I asked about just plain old buying the use parts. He said he'd soon get back to me.
    Mar? 2013 - Still NO pricing for the bodywork - paint or the used parts!! On my final attempt - Tyler was upset when he comprehended that I was now asking about buying the parts and having another body shop do the work.
    Apparently - they take offense to someone (or at least me) attempting to do business with them. As I write this - it is Now May - and I am sure I will Not hear from them.
    In the course of All of these events - I never felt comfortable with Charlie - I smiled (most of these times) and tried to be pleasant - but it was Not reciprocated. Bob does GREAT work - but he works for Charlie. I am Not interested in doing business with them again - and this doesn't seem to be a choice for me anyways. They are not the only frame shop around.

    BODYWORKS AUTO BODY
    I called Bodyworks after I knocked my driver's side mirror off at a driver thru. They said to just stop by, and they would take a look. I stopped, and they quoted me $165 to fix it, most of which was the part. They ordered the part, and I returned two days later to have the mirror replaced. They fixed it while I waited.

    THE DAY THAT I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND LEO EXAMINED MY CAR WITHOUT MAKING FUN OF THE PACKING TAPE HOLDING THE REAR PANEL TOGETHER. HE SAT DOWN AND TOOK THE TIME TO PRINT OUT AN ACCURATE QUOTE WHICH HE SUGGESTED I TAKE HOME AND LOOK OVER BEFORE MAKING MY DECISION. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED TO TAKE A FEW DAYS. IT WAS COMPLETED BY FRIDAY AT 3PM AS PROMISED FOR THE QUOTED PRICE. DENISE AND LEO BOTH MADE SURE THAT I HAD A CHANCE TO INSPECT THE WORK BEFORE THEY BEGAN PROCESSING MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE THAT TAKE SUCH PRIDE IN THEIR WORK! THANK YOU, DENISE AND LEO.
