  • Great service! The crew called when they were about 15 minutes away letting me know they'd be arriving shortly. We did a walk-through and I pointed out what I thought would be difficult to get out of the house. Specifically a refrigerator that had to clear a tight choke point between the stove and the island. All the furniture was wrapped protective pads and, because it was raining, wrapped again in plastic wrap. Everything but the refrigerator was placed on the truck and then came the fun part. They removed the freezer door from the bottom of the refrig to give them some more clearance. They maneuvered it to the choke point and then lifted it straight up 3-4 feet to clear the island. From there it was fairly simple to get it to the truck, although they did have to carry it down the deck staircase. Again, it was no problem for them. Constantine and Vlad were the crew and couldn't have been more courteous or professional on both the loading and the delivery. The items were kept locked on the truck for five days and upon return, everything was carefully unwrapped and put into place. And they took all the trash with them. Excellent job. Thanks!

  • The move could not have gone better. The local furniture move was done carefully and smoothly. This was important to me as it was being moved into my parents new apartment in a senior community. Kevin and his crew were so professional and easy to work with. The furniture being packed up to ship long distance was carefully wrapped for the utmost safety. I would gladly recommend Heart 2 Heart again.

  • Excellent! All within the 4 hour time (which included the 45 minutes each way travel)! LESS EXPENSIVE than the "bigger" Moving Companies which charge for a lot of other incidental charges, which seemed "greedy" to consumers like myself.

  • I have had many poor experiences with moving companies in the past. I move regularly so I've been trying to find a reliable and affordable business I can rely on. I decided to give IMN a try after considering other prices for a move overseas. It ended up being an excellent decision as I was more than pleased with their service and final pricing. They provided storage for my furniture and boxed everything else without any difficulty. I will be using IMN when I move again.

  • This is my second time using Oscar's Moving for a move, and I was very impressed with their services. I mentioned to the owner that I needed boxes, bubble wrap and tape, and he dropped off everything that same evening on his way home so I wouldn't have to stop packing to go to their business, The three moving guys showed up on time, were very professional, detail-oriented and efficient. They were careful to ensure everything was well-padded and wrapped for the move. They took the time to ask me if they didn't know where something needed to be moved. They marked the boxes correctly based on which rooms these would go to in the new house. My team was very experienced, and they worked non-stop except for a quick break. In the future, I would hire Oscar's Moving again.

  • They are a pretty good, solid, local moving company. They are professional movers and they also have movers who are specially trained in moving pianos. So, when I have that need they just send those movers including moving my furniture and piano. They don’t have a price for just the piano only. The total price including tips and stuff it’s about $1,400. They have an online website, that’s where I found the phone number and stuff. I just called them and they are very easy to make appointments. They have super good custom service. What stands out to be is their customer service and all their movers are very professional. The way they do things are professional, like they wrap every piece. They wrap them, mark them and transport them appropriately. They’re just very good. They’re substantially pricey, but with the service I think it was worth it. I don’t move every day, so I don’t have comparison. They’re definitely not a cheap one, but I think their price is reasonable. So I don't know how to rate them, compared to other people.

  • overall it was good with some hitches that the company could have avoided They overpacked a truck and were stopped for excessive weight. So they had to rent another truck and shift the weight. During this process they mixed up some items of other clients In the end all of this was straightened out and we all got our own items but it was a little stressful they handled it perfectly

  • From my first contact with Jimmy Consaga through my last contact with him and his crew, everything was excellent, superlative, reliable, helpful and efficient. I wish all the people whose services I engage would be like Jimmy. When my very elderly aunt died, clearing out her tiny, crowded midtown Manhattan apartment fell to me and my sister. We each live in a different state, and trips to NYC are costly and time-consuming. NY authorities create a lot of time-consuming red tape even for legally-appointed executrixes. And the large management company of my aunt's large apartment building proved to be bureaucratic, roadblock-creating and not helpful. So, it was essential to find a moving company that would reliably do what they said they would do on an agreed-upon date, could efficiently comply with the landlord's paperwork requirements, and could efficiently move the stuff out it with a minimum of interaction with the building's personnel. From my out-of-state home, I found 3 junk hauler companies on Angies list, called to explain the job, and asked for bids. Jimmy called back within an hour, asked me a few questions and had a bid for me within four hours of my call. He also gave me a competitive price. He was willing to do the job on the date I needed, since I had to make a special trip for this. His prior experience with large building management companies helped me to be prepared with an insurance certificate and anything else the landlord might ask for. His insurance agent made it easy for me to get the document I needed, and was at-the-ready to add additional information the landlord might require on the spot. He and his two workers showed up very close to the time we had agreed to (which isn't easy, given NYC traffic). They worked quickly and were pleasant to the building staff they ran into. They were helpful in finding some old family photos we hadn't been able to find in what was a very messed-up, disorganized apartment.
