ATAOZEN FLOORING - Taozen ServicesTao and Taozen flooring exceeded our expectations. Our work was completed on time and on budget. Tao and his entire crew are extremely easy to work with. They are neat, respectful and responsive. Tao and his crew removed over 2000 square feet of carpet in multiple rooms and installed new white oak flooring. Tao also replaced two carpeted staircases with the same oak. Tao and his crew were meticulous on our floors and stairs, even spending an additional day to make sure our stair frame and plywood was level and secure before adding the treads and kick boards. Tao refinished the few rooms of existing hardwood we had at no additional cost and all of our new floors match our existing floors perfectly. Tao and Taozen flooring are the only company I will use on future projects. I cannot recommend them enough.- Adam F.

APessoa Batista Cleaning IncI hired Pessoa Batista Cleaning as a Christmas present for my son to deep clean his apartment. Three young men living together - need I say more? Cida was great! She always responded promptly to my messages and quickly arranged to go to the apartment and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable as I had checked others in Boston and they were outrageous! I wasn't disappointed. Cida and her crew did an amazing job and spent hours cleaning everything inside and out. My son was very happy with their work and has hired them on a regular basis. ALowe’s Air Duct CleaningExcellent service from beginning to end. I first called to request the service, I could not speak with any members, but they promptly returned my call, understood the request and made an appointment. The day of service, the technician arrived on time and explained the work to be done and eventually his findings. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. FThis is by far the WORST service provider I've EVER dealt with on Angieslist. They cancelled and re-scheduled my appointment 3 times. They could NOT be reached by phone to discuss new times or conditions. I left numerous phone messages that were NEVER returned. I cancelled my appointment and I've YET to receive my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO-CALLED PROVIDER.

FA tech came out to diagnosis my furnace and stated the transformer was bad. He swapped out to a new transformer and it burned up. He had wires in the furnace cut and screws laying around and didn't bother putting it back together. He then tells me he will have his boss follow up within a day or 2. By day 3, no word so I called the service department and they said they will follow up. By day 6, still no word and I called the service department again, they said they will follow up again. Still crickets.....

FAWFUL. Arrived 1015 Friday after Thanksgiving and were gone by 11am. I contracted their premium package, $770. This included pics and video of entire job and water washing to show cleared downspouts. I have trees and this is a problem. The skipped half our house and only did the easy part, front and driveway. They never came to assess the job although it states on the website they will, they didn't. I asked they come to access but instead they googled me. After the job was done in 45 minutes I waited and waited for the pics and video I paid a small fortune to have. They eventually sent me two pics of the cleaned front gutter , the other pics I received were of someone else's property! I have a video, less than 10 seconds that shows a worker crouching at the edge of my roof. He was PRETENDING to be doing the downspout water wash, but there was no water in the red bucket. They could have done the right thing and done their job but instead cut corners and preferred to FAKE/PRETEND they did the work of cleaning the gutters and water washing my downspouts. I have no videos or pics to show me they did anything but the front and one side. I posted something this morning on their website that showed others with a similar complaints of lack of professionalism, claiming the workers don't speak English so they didn't understand the job? Also on their website they say they will come back within 65 days to make any problem, right. They never even called me back. CRIMINALS. On their website show 5 star reviews but this morning they were all 1 Star. Not with this company, no way. I filed a report with the BBB, AG's office, Google, Yelp, Here and will take them to court. It isn't the money as much as you stealing from me. Don't tell me you are going to do something then don't. Never pretend or send me someone else's gutters.
