AMA Design & Construction CoMA Design is my goto for any remodeling work that I need. I have had several projects over the years and have been very satisfied. This year we did reconstruction windows, interior and exterior painting, and transformed dated bookcases. Re-construction/new construction windows can be a challenge for an older home. MA Design worked to level the windows, and ensure sealing. These windows gave my home a facelift. The success and high level of customer satisfaction is a result of our collaboration. We discuss my desired outcome, and review options to achieve the result, and remain in budget. They provide a quote that itemizes the work. We review each item, so that we are on the same page, and I have no assumptions. ARoberto's Affordable LandscapingI called last week with an emergency situation, and Jose Ruiz responded quickly and came over to assess the situation. I hired them, and, 2 days later, a crew arrived at my house. They removed the branch, then cut down the tree and did some pruning. The job was done efficiently and with skill. The tree was in tight quarters, and they got it down skillfully and without any damage to the property. They hauled everything away in their two trucks. Overall, they were dependable, prompt, and skilled in their tree work. They were easy to work with. They cleaned up completely at the end. I would definitely hire Roberto's Affordable Landscaping for tree work again.- Mark F.

He has extensive experience and knowledge of the intricacies of building brand new homes and taking old 100+ year homes and remodeling them to be almost indistinguishable from new construction while still maintaining the character to give it a unique charm. He helped with digging a 5 feet foundation from a 220 year old home and understood what needed to be done in order to ensure a safe work environment and to maintain the structural integrity while making it as expansive as possible. More than his extensive skills and experience Andre is just a standup and honest person. He truly cares about the clients he works with and gives great ideas for what would will look nice and takes them through the process from the very beginning pre construction phases to end with excellent customer service. ARoberto's Affordable LandscapingJose´ and his crew were GREAT! We made an appointment for an estimate and we worked together until we agreed on a price. We then agreed on a date and time. The crew arrived promptly, reviewed the requested services and went to work. They were all very polite, professional, and worked well together. They were very careful removing the limbs to avoid damaging anything when they came down. They did everything I had asked and the place looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and had me check on the work before they left. I have already talked to them about another project and recommended them to a friend who has a project. ARoberto's Affordable LandscapingI can't explain the work very well but I know Roberto's guys left me with a clean and solid surface of my stone and cement front yard as well as a solid foundation matching up to the surrounding sidewalk. No weeds coming through. Roberto the pro and his solid hard working crew did a very good job, just what I wanted. Roberto will be doing more work around the foundation of my home and a couple other patching and painting jobs. I'm lucky he was available and he answered my call right away. AWe hired SF after receiving a very fair estimate. They arrived on time and excavated the street and our front lawn and exposed the old pipe. All that took one working day. The next day they provided the copper pipe to the local Water and Sewer Dept. which laid the new line from the main in the street into our basement. Then SF connected the new line to our main in our basement. The water was turned back on and SF replaced the soil, repaved the street and paved the sidewalk. In all a beautiful job. All was finished by 3:00 day 2 which was the promised time to complete the job.

AFrom the start to finish Ruben and Silvanei were very professional and carried out the project efficiently. They got back with the estimate the same day and started with the projects next day itself. They finished it promptly within the scheduled time. Cleaned up the area after their work as well. It was cold and raining, but that did not stop them from completing the project on time. Yes, we love their work ethics and will surely hire them again.

AEric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before.
