APessoa Batista Cleaning IncI hired Pessoa Batista Cleaning as a Christmas present for my son to deep clean his apartment. Three young men living together - need I say more? Cida was great! She always responded promptly to my messages and quickly arranged to go to the apartment and give me an estimate. The price was very reasonable as I had checked others in Boston and they were outrageous! I wasn't disappointed. Cida and her crew did an amazing job and spent hours cleaning everything inside and out. My son was very happy with their work and has hired them on a regular basis. FThis is by far the WORST service provider I've EVER dealt with on Angieslist. They cancelled and re-scheduled my appointment 3 times. They could NOT be reached by phone to discuss new times or conditions. I left numerous phone messages that were NEVER returned. I cancelled my appointment and I've YET to receive my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO-CALLED PROVIDER.

FCanceled my appointment without talking to me and incredibly unprofessional even before any work was done! Being a new condo owner, I asked for a liability certificate because my condo requested one, not knowing that it wasn't customary for a small cleaning job. Jerry was almost offended that I made such a request, and even before I could offer to work it out with my condo's management, he canceled my appointment and scheduled someone on his waitlist instead. I don't know how someone so unprofessional has such glowing reviews but I'm glad I didn't have to deal with this company.
