AI don't even know where to begin. This was our first home improvement project and we were excited but anxious. I reached out to a few contractors that were recommended to me by friends and I just did not get the feeling I had when I looked through Luis’s work. That good feeling only grew when I reached out to them, then the helpful and friendly conversation I had with Luis who helped schedule our estimate. Mind you this was all happening through a pandemic. Luis literally talked us through everything, answered every question and was so helpful. Really just made us feel so comfortable which is so important. They helped us every step of the way, again with any questions or concerns we had. Every worker that came into our home from our main contractors to the plumbers and electricians. Everyone was respectful, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. From start to finish it was the best experience we could have ever hoped for. Even when we had issues (unexpected/unrelated) Luis responded without hesitation and took care of it. I NEVER write reviews, but not writing one for this experience would just be wrong on my part. We literally have our dream basement and living room and I fall more in love with it every day. I told Luis from the very beginning, this was the first of many projects and now we are forever lifelong customers. We will be doing two bathrooms and kitchen next and we can't wait to work with everyone again!
