    Done Right Landscape & Construction
Awesome Company!!!! We have used Done Right landscape on several occasions for a number of projects from large scale to small for over 10 years and we've always been impressed at the results of how quick they return our phone calls and how they always get the job done fast and Done Right! We referred them to our neighbor who had the same positive results and still thanks us till this day. I highly recommend Done Right to everyone seeking a true professional!

Excellent. Dennis always returned any call promptly, kept me informed about any schedule change due to weather and other factors, comes when he says he will, and the quality of work is excellent. Dennis and his staff are very personable and easy to work with. This is the type of company to do business with.

    D C PAVING
Great. Dennis replied to my request for an estimate on the same day and stopped by to estimate the job on the next day. The job was completed exactly as described and even a day earlier than originally planned in order to beat the coming bad weather.

    MYSTIC PAVING, INC.
We needed our driveway repaved which was a problem given a drain pipe was under the pavement.  Other companies either
ignored our phone calls or didn?t bother giving us a quote once they saw our driveway.  Mystic Paving had no problem with it.  I also appreciated that the owner was overseeing the job.  They did excellent work on paving our driveway and provided excellent customer service as well! We were happy to find them!

    Reading Asphalt Corp
I'll copy and paste in the complaint that I registered with the Better Business Bureau against Reading Asphalt (BBB #10781281)
At the beginning of July 2014 my wife and I moved to an older house in Medford. When we moved in I noticed that the driveway didn?t pitch toward the street and had an ancient and sunken drywell close to the garage. Neither I nor our home inspector paid that too much attention, though. It wasn?t until the first severe rain storm, and there were quite a few that summer, when we got a foot-deep puddle taking up about a third of the driveway that we decided that the driveway had to be replaced.
We looked up local companies on Angie?s List and arranged for a few to take a look and bid for the work. On Wednesday September 17th, 2014 Tony from Reading Asphalt came to scope out the work. In addition to the drywell issue there was a huge white ash at the corner of the driveway and garage with a major root snaking under the driveway across the front of the garage. We discussed taking out the ash tree since the root would have to be removed and without the root the tree might not be safe.
The estimate that Tony wrote contained an extra hundred dollars to cover the cost of chain saw chains that would probably be ruined in the cutting of the root. The estimate also contained a new concrete drywell as well as additional money to cover the cost of expanding the driveway by a foot and a half. The estimate seemed reasonable so we decided to go ahead with the work and were informed that the project might not take place before the winter due to a big job that they might be getting. If they got the job we would be scheduled for some time in April or May of 2015. A week or so later we were told that they got the job so we?d see our new driveway in the spring. In the meantime we had the ash taken down.
When April rolled around I called to ensure that we were still on their list: we were. I mailed them a $100 permit fee on April 12th and they contacted the town and arranged for them to ensure that there wasn?t anything important under the driveway, like a gas line. We got a clean bill of health from the town and a blue ?OK? spray painted at the end of our driveway.
We didn?t have a start date for the work, though, and I called every few weeks through the end of May. Throughout that whole time I was told that we were on the list, but the nice woman in the office told me that I would get a call from Tony who would do the actual scheduling. I kept calling during June: still no start date.
In July when I called, the woman in the office suggested that she give me Tony?s cell phone number so that I could talk to him directly. When I called on multiple occasions I always got his voice mail and, although I left messages with my phone number, I never got a return call. Later in the month when I called the office to ask if they had decided that they weren?t going to redo my driveway the woman in the office said that she hadn?t decided anything and that I should speak to Tony.
Finally, at the end of the month I got a refund check for the $100 permit fee. I never got the courtesy of an explanation and I never got a call back from Tony.
Even a month after receiving a refund of my permit fee I remain surprised and disappointed that Reading Asphalt would bid for the job of redoing our driveway, accept our money, start the permitting process and then back out of the job. The more that I think about it the more upset I become at the fact that they kept us going for the better part of a year and to this date have never even spoken to us about why they would not perform the work.
    ---
They responded within a day or two with a single-sentence answer that they decided to decline the job due to the "root issue."
Their final message via the BBB was the following:
We apologize to Mr. Glassman and should have denied the project sooner. However, we still, respectfully decline to perform the work. Thank you.
    ---
I cannot speak to the quality of their work, never having experienced it myself.  I can only speak to the quality of their service, which was terrible.

    Primo Paving Inc
Joe was very responsive and polite and came promptly after I called him.  He was very nice and set up expectations (what he could do with a large plow in a tight driveway), and kept me posted on his progress.

    The Narrow Lane Landscape Company
We are extremely happy with our new backyard space, and the kids love it too.  The guys at the narrow lane were always positive and professional throughout the process.  They were able to work through and deal with things like inclimate weather, hidden buried tree stumps and "surprise" electrical work.
Their price was competitive, but what we really liked was that we had a single point of contact for the entire project and that they managed all aspects of the project from start to finish.
The project took longer than expected, but that was mostly due to the bad weather and other things I mentioned above.
The narrow lane was committed to me being 100% satisfied with their work, and addressed all of the issues and concerns I had throughout the project.  They also worked around our beagle with ease.  I highly recommend them for major yard and landscaping projects.

    Metro Paving
We love our driveway. Don and his secretary were easy to reach and always called us back quickly. We had some issues with getting a permit since we live in a historical district, and they were very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. We used to have water leaking into our basement due to the grade of our driveway, and Don fixed that problem. They also had the lowest quote we got. Very happy customers.
