    Mulligan Painting & Contracting Inc.,
Mulligan Painting was top notch. Their price was competitive and their work ethic and finished product was excellent. Gerry gave us a date in the spring and that's when they began. The crew worked long days to get the job done in the time he predicted. They also repaired items needed after consulting with us. We highly recommend them and will use Mulligan Painting and Contracting in the future for other jobs!

    E.M.C Company
Edson was very honest in getting us a detailed quote, saved us expense where it was not needed. He is also very knowledgeable besides having a good people work for him. Im very happy for the quality of work he did for us and there were a few jobs he did for free for us which others may have surely charged us. Its hard to find GOOD and HONEST contractors. Id certainly recommend EMC to anyone looking for general contracting and carpentry work.

    Daddy And Junior Paint, Inc
Amazing! This is the second time I've used Daddy & Junior Paint and I am once again happy. The first project he did for me was a small job. Some ceiling repair and painting and I was very happy with the work he did so reached out to him for a much bigger project. Roldolfo removed a ceiling that had been ruined by a leaky roof and took the paneling off of the walls in a large space (approximately 700 SF). He then resheetrocked everything, mudded, painted and did the trim and crown molding. It came out beautiful. The space looks so much better than it did before. Much cleaner and the space actually looks bigger! Very happy and will gladly hire again for future projects.

    Antoniel Painting & Finish
Tony was very responsive and inventive. He put together the design for the slider steps. Its beautiful and more than I expected. The two side steps cane out very nice as well. Would use them again. Also I was away for two days. Very trustworthy as well.

    Sergio's Renovations
We have used Sergio Renovations twice in the past seven years to complete renovations for us. Each was +$45K, I will go into detail on each. Overall Sergio is a pleasure to work with. He is a nice man who prides himself on open communication and has fair and transparent pricing. Sergio walked potential houses with us to give us an estimate to be used during our offers. Getting into houses is often last minute and Sergio was able to accommodate all of our requests. First house: (~$40K) Scope of the project: We gutted the kitchen and bathrooms and knocked down a few walls. We provided Sergio a tight time frame and he came in on time and on budget. At the time of the sale, five years later, because of the great quality of work it all held up well. The workers were always respectful, kept the house clean and were responsive. Second house: (~$50K) Sergio was active in the planning process. He suggested ways to accomplish the task that would save us both time and money. Since we planned to live in the house throughout the renovation he worked hard to not impact our lives and work around our schedule to get the job completed. Scope of the project: We painted the entire house, which included trim in every room, floor and ceiling and around all windows. We updated the kitchen, removed walls (some support walls), gutted and redid a room and added recessed lights. We did not go out to bid because we were pleased working with Sergio the first time. There was some team turnover and minor issues this time but Sergio quickly revolved anything that came up. During the process of completing this renovation we had many "change orders" and he was very patient with us and accommodated the changes as quickly as possible. Again, the team was respectful, hardworking and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We would use Sergio again.

    Busy-Bee Construction LLC
Our journey started at the end of July, finishing just yesterday with the last inspection. I have chronicled the process on Facebook, from the demo to the last bit of paint. There are not enough words to say about Busy Bee, John, Gary or his team that could explain how easy and stress free this was.(as much as a complete kitchen remodel can be....) All the things you expect---showing up every day, cleaning up at the end of the day, having the items to install at the right time, politeness ....they do all that. Its the extras that set them apart. The communication about anything so you never have to guess what is going to happen. The PATIENCE when things take longer or are damaged and making sure it gets done in a timely manner. When problems arise, addressing them immediately and personally. Covering everything so well in plastic there was minimal construction dust. (and I mean very little) Above all, the kindness and patience in answering EVERY one of my questions, sometimes twice, until I understood the process or choices. And then there is the work itself. There is a sense of contentment knowing that every wall board, cabinet, screw, tile and light is installed with the utmost professionalism and care. We stayed within our budget, even when we added things and took things out....and was so very reasonable. I can not recommend them highly enough, and I could not be happier. Until next time..............

    Handyman Specialist
After some initial difficulty locating an Azek dealer, Mike came when promised and finished when he said he would. Using the Azek materials complicated things, but Mike took it all in stride. In addition, he was working with a porch that was built almost 40 years ago, which meant that there were a number of irregularities in the substructure. It ended up very nice and Mike made all the adjustments necessary. The materials came to about $1,200 and the labor (including disposal of all old materials) came to about $900.

    Green Shed Renovations
Overall, the project went fantastic and we would certainly have Josh @ Green Shed back to do work for us again, and have him lined up to do some more projects for us. Quality and craftsmanship was top notch, price was very competitive, and Josh was great to be around. A couple small fixes came up, and he came back to take care of them for us. Plus, our dog loves him and we trusted him to be around the house when we weren't there. One thing to keep in mind - he's a very busy guy, has a lot of customers, and doesn't have a full office staff returning calls, writing emails and doing estimates. He always got back to us, and always addressed any concerns we had, but don't expect an instant response and hand holding on a daily basis when he's out working on someone else's project and trying to get back to people nights, weekends and while making runs for supplies. We had a couple minor delays before starting the project due to finishing projects for other customers, but after he started he finished on schedule and addressed every concern or question we had.

    Russell Remodeling and Restoration
The job went well. Tommy and Don came over and worked on the estimate. They were friendly, able to answer all my questions and incorporate my suggestions. We agreed to a price - they went to work. Tommy sent over 5 guys for the removal which helped speed up the job. The removal of the kitchen helped make a outdated room into a really cool den. When I decided to sell my agent commented on how the improvements looked great and helped me get the price I wanted. I would highly recomend Tommy and his team. They were all nice and real pros.
