    I was quoted by Cambridge Honda that my 2009 honda civic would need a new exhaust system for $1,200. I went to Lou's and the technician welded the exhaust joint back together. It only took him 5 minutes to fix the problem. It has been 3 months and car sounds fine. Honest, fast, and a good price.

    They charged, and off hand I can't think of the charge. Just because I bought the car there, its under warranty, and I like their work. They were very fast to greet me and see what is going on. They have a coffee machine, a coke machine, and very comfortable chairs. Exceeded my expectations, no. I am very happy.

    Garnik has done work for me a few times in the past, and his work is always excellent.  This time was no different.  I recommended him to my daughter whose car was hit while she was parked and she was very satisfied with the body work he did, as well.

    It's part of the plan that I'm on with them so it's covered. They're good quality. It took about an hour. The workers are very good. They go over the bill with you. There's no charge of course but they list everything on a bill and go over everything that they did.

    They have great houses and are almost open all the time. So that is one of the big reason I go there. They are busy and sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment but they took care of everything. I have never had any problem with them.

    All the repairs done on my car lasted. Nothing has had to be redone. And, if there ever was a problem with their work (we're all human, of course), I am confident they would quickly take care of it. This is the only shop I've used in my many years that I can say, without hesitation, "I trust them." They are honest, and from what I've seen - RESPECTFUL - to all their customers. Plus, the Spring Street fellas are really a cast of characters...and I add that with total affection. I highly recommend them.

    I find them a little on the pricey side. They did a fine job. They are very responsive and professional. Everything is fine there. I am going to take my car back in there again. I just deal with the dealer. They got the best chance of doing their job that we thought them to do. They could be a little cheaper.

    We have used Mallet Automotive on several occasions, with 6/20 being our most recent. Mallet Automotive performed brake and suspension work on our son's car and we were very pleased. The service was excellent, price was very fair, and they had it ready on the same day. We will continue to use Mallet Automotive for all our car needs

    I purchased Volkswagen Passat from this dealer. During the purchase process, I was told that there will be one hard inquiry on my credit, if I apply for a loan. The finance manager Lance made three hard credit inquiries, without my consent, which decreased my credit score. When asked about this from the finance manager Lance, he said that they do at least three hard credit inquiries on every buyer. -Every dealer is supposed to provide a "buyers guide" and warranty information for any used vehicle they sell, per law. I was not given a buyers guide and vehicle manual, despite my requests. -The sales person,Jay Spaddy, promised that he will be emailing the service history of the vehicle. All used vehicles have to be serviced and in safe condition, per law, before the sale. He has not emailed me the service history despite my multiple requests. -The sales person during the sales process implied that the vehicle is almost new and there will be two keys provided. Only one key was provided. -The finance manager asked us to pick up the vehicle on Monday,November 30,2015. When we reached there after an hour of drive along with my family, they turned us back stating that the vehicle was not ready because they did not communicate with each other. They told us that they will deliver the vehicle at 11 am the next day. The vehicle was not delivered until 1:45 pm the next day. Sales person lied stating that the delivery people left at 11:05 am while the delivery person told that he did not even reach the dealership unitl 12 pm and left at 12:30 pm as the salesperson called him back for something. The salesperson Jay Spaddy lied at multiple steps of the process to sell the vehicle. Despite expressing all the above concerns, I was not given an opportunity to even talk to the manager. Nobody apologized for the disservice, unprofessional and dishonest behavior.

    The service was great. They said they would check the issue and would call back with a quote. Even though had two cars in front of me they were relatively quick. The price was affordable too. I definitely would recommend this for anybody who has an exhaust issue.
