    Minor accident covered by insurance. Fantasia worked with Progressive and their claims rep to get the job done. They also set up my rental with Enterprise (covered by insurance). Everything went smoothly, with only a minor delays due to Mazda sending them the wrong part. The work is fabulous, can't tell there was any damage, and Mike kept me updated at every step. Highly recommend!

Hours are a little inconvenient for my work schedule, so the owner (Mike) was willing to meet me at his shop on a Saturday to drop off the car and the shop manager told me which day she'd be staying late to take care of paperwork so I could pick up the car from her then.

    I used them some years ago when someone ran a red light and crashed into my car. They towed my car, worked with my insurance, and got the car fixed for me quick and easy. Later my mother got crashed into as well in the rear end of her car. Same process went where they worked with the insurance companies and got the work done. Overall the experience was quick and easy for both situations.

    Hogan and Van Auto Body
    I took my car to Hogan and Van because they were on my insurance company's preferred list, and they were close to my home. Since my insurance covered everything (minus the deductible), I can't comment on pricing; I don't know what it costs to perform body repair.
    When I went in initially, one of the employees was very nice and helpful, and immediately went out to inspect my vehicle to assess the damage. He indicated what would need to happen in terms of the physical repair, and when I asked about painting a 9 year old car, he explained the process of blending to ensure that the final look was flawless. I asked some questions about it, out of interest, and he responded enthusiastically, which put some confidence in my expectations.
    We then went inside and he told me everything I needed to do, what they needed, and the approximate time frame. Since I had all the insurance information, I was able to leave the car there for them to schedule it into their repair rotation.
    At some point, they contacted me to let me know that the initial estimate was a little low, due to some additional repair requirements, and that they would contact the insurance company and take care of everything. When the car was finished (about 2 weeks), they called me up and I came in to pick it up. Jokingly, I said, and quot;you fixed the outside, but I should have paid you to clean up the inside, too!and quot; and the guy replied that they do that with all their repairs. My car never looked so good on both the outside and inside.

    They did an awesome job on my bumper. They even fixed some parts that were not part of the damage i brought my car in for. They did the job in a day which i really appreciated as i have to use my car for daycare pickup/dropoff.
    And they left me a bottle of touch-up paint for free.

    After speaking to Alpha on the phone, discussing the fact that my car was under an insurance claim for repair, and that towing/storage would be reimbursed, I had my vehicle towed there.  Upon arrival, Alpha refused to pay the charges, despite the fact they would be reimbursed and our prior agreement.  My car went elsewhere.

    Work was performed adequately and on time. Later I found 4 spots where paint was rubbed off, not near the repairs. It looked like a buffer or sander had been set down on the car while still running, damaging that area. Now I have to miss time from work to take it back to the shop. Also, a gasket around the windshield flipped up at highway speed, I guess because they removed painter's tape without much care. Could have gotten an A if they had paid attention to details and fixed a mistake when they made it.

    I also found that he forgot to install the rubber gasket on the new door to keep rain out. I found this out when the rain went pouring in. Then I had to "prove it" and that's one more trip to his shop. Then he had to special order it. Maybe he could look at the bill of materials to see he forgot to order it, instead of wasting my time on yet one more trip. 

    I won't go back.
