    Allergy & Asthma Associates
I have been a patient of Dr. Scott's for about 5 years now. I have multiple chronic illnesses, and due to moving several times, I have seen many, many, many doctors over the years. This office is hands down the best one I've ever been to. Dr. Scott is knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He's not the first immunologist I've seen, but he is the one who finally got to the bottom of my issues. I have also seen Dr. Roister for sick visits, and have been very satisfied with the care I've gotten. Both doctors listen to their patients and care about your quality of life. The nurses are just as friendly and knowledgeable as the doctors. The front-office staff are organized and learn everyone's names. Not only is the care fantastic, but they are also really good at taking care of insurance pre-approvals and other such paperwork issues; I don't have to chase my insurance company - I sign the paper and get a phone call when it's done. They have drop-in hours T-Th for allergy shots, which is fantastic (you don't have to commit to the appointment ahead of time; you can go as your schedule fits), and Wednesday night they give shots until 6:30. If you need allergy and asthma management, have an immune deficiency, or have been looking for answers for a long time without finding any - I highly recommend this office.

Ron Dulmaine & Sons Overhead Garage Doors
Everything went perfectly.  Ron was out of town when I first called, but his son took all of the information and told me his father would take care of it the following week.  Ron and his son corrected the problem and when I called them back with my credit card they explained to me in full detail what the problem was.  They suggested future work should be done in the future and told me to call them when I'm ready to do it.

. They actually have over 20 centres and some of them have specialities and some don’t. I primarily go to Chelmsford, Burlington, and Medford. Their facilities are outstanding. They have parking garage for free parking. Many of their specialties are under one roof which is why I like it. When I was working in Boston I went to the Cambridge site. In the early 80 Medford was built and Medford was more convenient for me. Subsequent to that, the facility in Burlington and Chelmsford were built. So for certain specialties and for the pharmacy I use that. I have very positive things to say about virtually every department. Some of the specialties like dermatology take time. The staff is highly positive. I will continue to go there in the future.

    New England Allergy & Immnlgy
I highly recommend New England Allergy. They are comprehensive, you can get your x-rays, blood taken, and any thing else you need right there. The people are very good and competent. I might not see a doctor every time I go there, but I will see the level of medical care that I need. The service is quick and I have no problems getting appointments.

We see a lot of allergists, and Dr. Scott definitely stands out. He displays the ability to listen to both the parents and children. He is really, really gifted with talking to kids and always respectful. I think he is very knowledgeable. Also, he responds to both email and phone calls well.

    Saryan, Dr. John A
It was my first visit with him. The staff was great. He is an allergy and asthma doctor. The staff was on schedule. They were able to get me in quickly. They were able to schedule the appointment rather quickly. The doctor was good. I had an allergy test done and he spent time with me reviewing it. I would recommend him because he can do both allergy and asthma, which is a good thing. The office has a lot of resources in terms of nursing staff. You can get the tests done rather quickly. It was easy to get an appointment with him initially. However, he does not have much availability for followup visits. I was able to get in for the first visit in 3 weeks, but the next visit is not until months from now. I will use his services in the future.

    Saryan, Dr. John A
I am very happy with the allergy department at the Lahey Clinic. Although I gave them a B for availability, I am usually able to make an appointment with a physician's assistant within a day or two for more urgent problems. When I first made appointments for my kids, as new patients, we were able to be seen by Dr. Saryan within a few weeks. However, as a returning patient looking for a yearly check-up, seeing Dr. Saryan could take months, depending on whether you are looking for an after school appointment. However, in contrast, when I first decided to have my kids seen by an allergist back in 2009-10, it would have taken at least 6 months to make an appointment for allergy testing at other allergy offices in the Lexington-Concord area. Since two of my kids were getting asthma symptoms due to their allergies, I didn't want to wait that long. I like Dr. Saryan because he takes the time to hear and quot;the whole storyand quot; to evaluate what might be the cause of symptoms. He never rushes an appointment. This is very important with allergies because one might be allergic to several different things, and the doctor must select which allergens to test on the patient; you can't test every single possible allergen, because there are hundreds, so narrowing it down to most likely culprits is very important. Dr. Saryan gives the impression that he is well read and really knows his specialty (which he should, since he is in charge of the department). He suggested that my kids get allergy shots. Two of the three decided to do this; those two get asthma symptoms during bad allergy seasons, so we decided it is worth the five year commitment so that they don't develop worse asthma. So far, the shots are going well. The only thing I don't like about Lahey is that they charge for parking for regular appointments, but Dr. Saryan has nothing to do this. They do have parking validation for weekly allergy injections, though.

    John Kalliel MD
He is a good allergist. He is a family allergist and has been in business for a long time. He handles all kinds of allergies and does all of his own work right in his own office. It is conveniently located. He is a great doctor. His staff is fantastic.
