AASAP DrainsI didn't think I had an emergency, but they were still able to schedule a next-day appointment. Alex, the tech, was great: he was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly explained what he thought was going on (I called them because I thought there was a clog below a bathroom, but he found there was actually a clog in the main line out to the septic tank), took care of it efficiently and cleaned everything up when he was done. I hope I don't have any other drain issues, but if I do, I'll definitely call them again!- ALLISON S.

He kept me informed along the way explaining his findings and giving me tips for how to address them despite the fact it would all be noted in the written report. Overall a very good experience with this company and their staff. Kayla was the young woman who helped me set the inspection up and she was great as well. AR A BRISCOE INCI used Danny Briscoe to install a new septic system, he was fantastic to work with. This was my first system install in my first home and I never felt as though he was taking advantage of me. He was always willing to answer any and all questions and clarify anything I didn't understand, at time even predicting my questions and having a solution/answer that was exactly what I was looking for. Cant say enough good things about him, and although I hope I never have to have him back I know I would be in good hands should I ever need a new system or repair not to mention he came in about $4000 under the next bid. 10/10, 5 star rating however you want to put it he's your man!- zach b.

AButler Septic CleaningThese guys are the real deal. Ryan came out to my house at 9pm on two hours notice to unclog my septic tank and give running water back to my family (during the COVID pandemic nonetheless). ABill Trombly Plumbing-Heating-CoolingI have been with Bill Trombly for many years and I can honestly say, Bill and his team is A-1 for all the services they provide. The ladies that answer your call are always friendly and very helpful. I started with one or two services years ago and one thing lead to another and now I am a dedicated customer of Bill Trombly. His men are very knowledgeable and skillful in the work they perform and are very clean. They even wear booties in the house and always explain very clearly what they did and the costs involved. I was so impressed that I went on the family plan and that itself gives me and my wife, peace of mind. I saw one review where a lady gave them an extremely low review. I totally cannot fathom what incident occurred but I feel that the onerous was on her and not Bill Trombly. Like I said, I am a life-long dedicated customer and at 76 years old, I need that reassurance and peace of mind if we need anything. Bills pricing is also very reasonable priced. AThe city required replacement of the lead water line from the meter to the sidewalk. Alex was very helpful in providing a quote and explaining the scope of the work. The day of the project Declan and Jared arrived promptly and began excavating the sidewalk. They were able to replace the water line with copper and fill in the hole in about 4 hours. They will return in a few days to replace the concrete in the sidewalk. My experience with CJ Doherty was very positive.

AThe project went very well and we were extremely pleased with the quality of work done by DCR Building and Remodeling. Dave was always available to answer our questions and the project was done on time and budget. The installation of the handicapped accessible bathroom was especially challenging. There were 5 doorways including the bathroom entering to the same hall and everyone of them had a different height floor. Dave and his crew did a fantastic job of leveling all the floors so the Wedi waterproof flooring in the bathroom worked properly. It is obvious from their work that they are highly skilled and very detailed oriented. I would hire DCR again without hesitation.

FIt didnt...Spoke to the company about a bid walk on Saturday morning at 7AM. They never showed up, answered calls/text messages. Confirmed the meeting and had the information sent to them. When they didnt respond the morning of the meeting (Saturday at 7AM on my day off) I followed up via text. No response. I then called a bit later...No response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING like I did! Stay away, unreliable, unresponsive, and untrustworthy. BUYER BEWARE!

Afriendly guys, professional and clean work, and good price. This is the second time we are getting oil tank replacement from TankAway (diff tanks), the inquiry and estimate was pretty easy, I tried my best to describe it, and took a couple pictures, got a quote, and no in-person visit needed. 10 days later, two technicians showed up and finish the job in 3,4 hours, the area is cleaner than it was before they came. On the price, it's less than half of the other quote I got, the tank itself is a pretty basic, no fancy features, but I have no doubt that it'll last 20+ years like the old one did. Overall, I am very happy with the work, and would definitely recommend to others.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.
