Very responsive to communications scheduling, and updates until day of including their their ETA. Communicated whether I wanted windows or the basement cleaned. Was timely and did a good job.

    Steward St. Elizabeth's Medical Center
Very bad, doctor never gave me the address. After finding the place on my own being disabled I met with dr Phillip 12 minutes late and instead of reading my charts or asking to he wanted to re invent the wheel while I go without proper medicine. He didn’t even ask me to sign a release to read my chart he just wanted to charge my insurance unnecessarily . I’ve been on the medications for years and it works. I left with no prescription or no signed release . Do not get care here if you’ve have a or existing condition. Horrible and dirty office .

    Community Counseling of Bristol County
This is the saddest excuse for a mental health agency. Has been around for years but seems to only get worse with time. They are notorious for horrible salaries and benefits which nets them some of the most poorly trained staff. They violate hippa by some staff choosing to use their personal computers. They engage in mob psychology. If clients advocate for themselves by insisting their needs are not being met they harass you in an attempt to get you to leave. They do not create treatment plans so that they are never accountable. They trudge forward with outdated release of information. They lie and make up the rules as needed. They are not providing any direct services because of covid. I have no idea how they get away with billing when all they offer is occasional texts and even less frequent phone calls. Even when they were fully operational they were nothing more than a glorified Lyft service. As an agency they are a jack of all trades....master of none. Document every phone call or interaction to protect yourself. Avoid this agency at all costs!!

Everything is done lovingly and carefully and methodically. Nothing at all gets in the way of Barbara's services to dogs.

    Coach Liz Blu
Coach Liz Blu was a tremendously supportive coach who helped me to get clear about what I wanted without judgment.  She was direct and honest with me and helped me to see that I always had choices.

    Chini Chan Counseling
I have only used her recently.  She is very easy to speak with.  She is very positive.  She works towards productive change.  You don’t really feel embarrassed talking to her.  She does not make things worse.  You end up listing coming away from the conversation.

    Steward Norwood Hospital
I have MS, diagnosed in 1995, and was a former patient of Dr. Howard Weiner at Brigham & Woman's Hospital in Boston (where Dr. Napoli completed his fellowship). Dr. Napoli was always in the exam room with Dr. Weiner and I; I could tell from the start that Dr. Napoli had my best interests in mind. Once someone is diagnosed with a chronic illness, it is very important to have a team that has your best interests in mind. I felt like a number under the care of Dr. Weiner's (I hate to say that but he is great in the lab, great in trying to find a cure but his bedside manner is blah to say the least). Dr. Napoli listens to a patients needs and cares about quality of life- he never rushes you or pushes you when you aren't ready for a particular treatment. Even though Boston is closer to my home, it is worth the extra commute knowing a physician has my best interests in mind! He has even created an MS School so even veterans like me can learn and my family can learn and understand the complexities of this difficult disease.

    James Gilbert MD
I have been suffering with chronic back, leg and right foot pain. After a thorough exam, he told me I needed to get an MRI done and told my PCP to authorize one for me. After it was done, he reveiwed it and referred me to an orthopedic surgeon. He is a good listener and a kind and caring doctor. He is a credit to his profession.

Dr. Oliski really understands the situation and takes the time to listen to what is going on. He can see many different sides of the situation.
