    Lawless Chrysler
    The WORST experience I have honestly had with a large business.

    You would think that after the inappropriate (rude and demeaning) way I was treated with the financing issue Lawless would have made an effort to ensure the rest of my buying experience was better -- NOT!

    Two weeks after I put a 1k deposit on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler to place the order (that was done over the phone and I was sent a confirmation order with options and sale price) Chris(Director of Finance) told me that since he did not have the paper work I did not have a deal. This was due to the fact that I had gotten better financing thru AAA. The stealership makes money on the loans they secure from banks, etc. So, I told them to either meet the rate or give me my deposit back since I had and quot;NO DEALand quot; -- after much BS they offered a slightly better rate. ( BTW my sales person quit in the middle of this...) This whole incident blew me out of the water! (I should have backed out at this point -- DUMB!)

    I picked up the Jeep on a Thursday night, Chris and Amani promised they would fax the necessary documents to my insurance company the next day so that I could register and have the Jeep inspected.
    This did not happen. I emailed, I called and pleaded to have someone take care of the issue so that I could drive the Jeep without the fear of getting pulled over for not having an inspection sticker. Now, Tuesay comes after sending emails and voice mails to Jeff(Operations Manager), Chris and Amani over the weekend and Monday - they promised that it would be done first thing Tuesday morning --- WELL, as of 3:00pm on Tuesday I still had not recieved the registration and all they had to do was send it via email. I was a totally helpless and at the mercy of this dealership -- I couldn't do anything!
    After many calls and nasty emails, Amani finally emailed the registration at 4:00pm -too late to get an inspection!!

    As the motto goes at Lawless, this saying seems to be rampant - and quot; sorry, we dropped the balland quot;

    I should have done more research -- a good price does not mean quality employees that treat customers with respect.
    I would have paid more money elsewhere if I knew this dealership has a bad reputation.

    Well, I am sorry that I did business with these people and will never make that mistake again. I have my Jeep, but right now I am so disappointed I don't even want to look at it and that just SUCKS!!!!!!

    The initial thing was they were unwilling to negotiate with me because the cars were in high demand and I was done trying to negotiate because I had been to a different dealer previously. I was frustrated and just wanted to get it over with. There was not much negotiating. When I went back to get the paperwork for financing they had me wait almost an hour and a 1/2. The person that sold me the car was not there. The other salesman were pushing their customers to the front which was very frustrating. I left work early that day, made a special appointment to go in earlier rather than later and they made me wait. I had done most of my research before I went in so I did not need to be sold on it. It was not a pleasant, stress free incident.

    They are open from one to four on Saturdays as far as service goes. They can fix any foreign cars, too. They are really nice there. I find them to be really good as far as sales go. They were professional and on the ball.

    Now sales wise, you are looking at a decent place here. However, you wait a really long time for an oil change even. I mean oil changes are pretty minor too. They will keep you there a whole morning. We only have one car, so it s a pain. We can't take off. They should have enough people working to accommodate their customers, I think. Now we do like our car. When we buy again though, I would have to say that we would going to a different place though just because of the wait time to get your car serviced. Again, from a sales perspective, they were fine. It's the service department and the wait time that I have more of an issue with.

    They were sort of pushy and things got a little confusing when we were buying the car. They were good though; it was just the typical car buying experience. There was a lot of waiting and by the time you come out you are a little confused if you did the right thing or not. But I have been using them for eight years and there have never been any problems.

    They are fabulous. The customer service is even better then the sales! When you buy a car they car more instead of less like most companies. I am very impressed with them.

    Vito Fulciniti was the sales person I worked with, and he was the best sales person I have ever had. He gave me suggestions in what to order in a car, and the car I have purchased is wonderful.
