AThe experience was quite good. Andrew responding to my request immediately and was quite flexible with scheduling (came that day). He is very professional and went beyond his call of duty, yet did not charge more. We wanted him to provide a structural assessment in our home that was first built in 1976 and then had some remodeling mainly because of steep sloping that occurred in the floor on one corner of the house. The sloping occurred where extensive remodeling was completed. Andrew was quite investigative and thorough in his review, even crawling in a small crowded crawl space of the home. He also removed ceiling tiles to get a view. All the time he was very professional in his opinions. In the end, we were quite satisfied with his approach and assessment. He was quick to turn around a summary e-mail of his findings as well. I would recommend Andrew and use them again, which is a testament to his work.- Ryan M.
