    Not only did Matt help us but he also helped my son with finding insurance for him. All the paperwork is very confusing to the lay person . Matt was very patient and took the time to explain everything, he was extremely patient as we were having computer problems. He found the best policies that was in our financial range . Every time I called him(which was many) he always got back to me. He really was very informative and honestly I don't think I have ever dealt with not only his knowledge of the product but his customer services skills. Most people never call you back, he either returned all calls and E-mails. I would definitely refer people to Matt Marden.

    Blue Cross Blue Shield
    The bill for the visit to the Travel clinic was submitted to BCBS and was denied. My wife had visited the same Clinic the year before for the same reason. At that time the claim was paid. After I called Blue Cross Blue Shield they told me that the hospital had used an incorrect billing code. They said they would call the hospital and ask them to change the billing code. They said they would pay the claim as soon as the code was changed. The hospital refused to change the code and I have appealed the denial of payment by the insurance company. It seems that Blue Cross Blue Shield and the hospital are more interested in bickering than helping the patient.

    Tufts Health Plan Medicare Preferred
    Tufts HMO is the best medical plan I have ever had, and I have had the best because I have always worked at companies that offered good benefits to employees. The doctors' list is so expansive you would never know you are in an HMO. I think this is in part to being in Massachusetts, because the medical standards are so much higher than some other parts of the country. The coverage offered is very generous, at least for my plan. I know that is totally up to the person in your company selecting benefits, but I don't think Tufts has a cheesy plan. (We'll see with Obamacare if all the big companies start offering cut-rate plans to replace the Massachusetts Commonwealth Connector. ) I see married couples in my company choose the spouse's plan that will be cheaper in their payroll deductions, and boy, they are making a big mistake if they don't choose our Tufts HMO because there is practically no out-of-pocket due to the -0- copay regs around preventive now. I think they compensate their employees pretty well, but not the scandalous CEO salary and golden parachutes of their competition. One thing I don't like about Tufts are the stupid models they use in the printed brochures, materials and magazine you get at home. They look so plastic and you know they are not real patients because it would be against the law to break their confidentiality! I would prefer to just see real photos of their employees.

    I like them. I like that you can track your online doctor appointments. They have a large in network group. You can track your bills online with them. I do not have to pay out of pocket for much. They are nationwide, I highly recommend them.

    Tufts Associated Health Plans Inc
    They are outstanding! They provide very good coverage. With their program, they are suitable for my needs. They handle the billings between  Harvard and Tufts but I never see a bill and it is just been taken care of. Everything is nearest to the medical professionals. Health care insurance is very personal thing, but, for the situation that I am looking for, which is good health coverage, Tufts provides the superior service. Their communication is very good and they keep me informed that you have the website that allows me to stay up to date current on any changes that go on. And to take a look at the pain which they just take care of everything, they are very easy to work with.

    We have recently switched to United Healthcare.  I have been using and out of network chiropractor and have had to submit claims.  Their customer services is very helpful and knowledgeable and that has made it easy for me to submit claims. I appreciate their willingness to go through the website and find the forms with me on the phone as many people just say "check it out online" but do not point to the place to look.
