  Of course this happens on a Saturday night. We had water backing up through the floor drain of our first floor shower. I called John's Sewer at 10 PM and left message with the answering service. I got a call back from the owner within 5 minutes. I asked to have someone come to the house the following morning after 10 AM. I didn't bother asking what the service charge would be as we used them before and the work needed to get done. At 11 AM on Sunday the technician arrives and within 20 minutes he has the main sewer line snaked from the house to the septic. I expected the bill to be >$400 since this was a Sunday, but the charge was only $285. I used these guys for an identical problem in 2012, and for several bathroom sink clogs. They have always been FAST to respond, reasonably priced, and the fix the problem.

  Chris showed up on time and was very professional.  The work he did was great, a new water line had to be run to the basement and stemmed into the pipe.  It was a little tricky because the basement has a sheet rock ceiling, but he was able to snake the line through and it is a very clean look.  I highly recommend and I will be using Chris in the future for any plumbing needs.

  Dave is truly amazing. Just an honest, nice, professional plumber that made me happy I choose Rhino Rooter almost immediately. For example, when Dave realized he needed additional parts to complete the job and timing started to become an issue he gave me his word he would come back that same evening and finish the job. Well guess what Dave not only kept his word, did an unbelievable and complete job but he came back an hour earlier than originally promised. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better service experience.   David Fay Plumbing was close by, and the reviews were really favorable, so it was a gut feeling when I picked up the phone to call, and I am glad I did. David came over the very next day, unplugged the drain, and voila, we had our kitchen sink back in use. The price was really fair, $75, (cash) and he was really skilled and very professional. David took time to show us what the plumbing problem was and what the fix would be, vs. just doing the job and leaving quickly.
