    Excellent. Tony was professional, and prompt, and reasonable. This was several years ago, And yesterday, when I needed service on very cold weekend, Tony was extremely busy but got in touch with me the same day, and if you can believe it, solved my problem over the phone. NO CHARGE! How many guys would do that??? I have seen some poor reviews for him, and I suspect it may be the customer who was the problem. I heartily recommend him.

    Everything went extremely well. Kevin and Bobby were very professional and efficient. They showed up on time every day and worked hard all day. Andy, our initial contact with the company, was knowledgeable and down to earth. Can't recommend this company and crew highly enough!

    It was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor! They came out the same day I called. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had all of the parts they needed on their truck to get my system back-up and running the same day. They were so professional and just all around great. I wouldn't call anyone else but Aspen Mechanical, and I refer them to everyone. Great company, great work and great customer service.

    The way he finishes his projects are messy and unorganized. On the HVAC project left some ducts loose and poorly connected. One of the back ducts that needed to be modified after the furnace was relocated was untouched. His excuse was "it was beyond the budget" even in the proposal of the project stated that all ducts were going be changed to meet the new furnance performance. I complained several times about the bathroom's temperature being too cold. Ignored the issue. Also, he installed my tankless water heater without the proper line for the condenser pump. After finding a puddle of water on my basement I brought it to his attention several times until one day he shows up with a line and the condenser pump but didn't do installation. I was forced to do it myself. I had to be in top of him mentioning over and over to several items. Similarly, I had issues with the furnace condenser pump water line . When temperatures were low outside, the the tip of the water line froze inverting the water and flooding water on the basement as well. Again I had to fix the issue myself. Careless details

    Referred to ARS Heating and Cooling of West Bridgewater, MA by Home Depot, Inc for a mal-functioning AC unit. They couldn't fix the problem and told me I needed a new system. I went ahead with the new system purchase. The installation dragged on thru winter, and I had no heat for a period of time. Once the new system was finally installed, it had the exact same problem. The issue was a fire dampener in the ducts (a very inexpensive problem to solve) They charged me $10k for a new system I never needed, plus the initial "repair" visit.

    National Grid registered a gas leak from my burner. Justin and Jared responded to perform a test of the lines, then met with the city inspector to get things straightened around. Justin and Jared were professional, kind, low-key, efficient, and inspired my confidence which isn't easy to come by. They were very neat and wore booties over their boots showing respect for my home... Cranney Home Services did very well by me. I called the company to thank them for assigning Justin and Jared to my home. I highly recommend them. The cost of the job included the permit fee charged by my city.

    I hired ARS-Boston to fix my HVAC unit. They charged me a few hundred dollars for a repair, then they told me they could fix it and I needed a new system, soI took their word for it. AFter paying for a new system, as well as a crane and required police detail to install it the system had the exact same problem I had originally: no air flow. NO apologies, no accepting responsibility, just "Ha ha we got you for a new system and all you needed was a $5 replacement fire dampner in the duct. I would go as far to say this must be an act of fraud due to the simple nature of the problem and their inability to correctly diagnose it.

    I didn't pay. I love my air conditioning. All I can say is, they're great. They did what they were supposed to do. I don't know much about air conditioning. It's been 2 years and I still don't know much about air conditioning. I haven't had to do anything except for change the filter. I think they're great.
